Sofia is always amazing! Not just as a property owner and business owner. She is just a really awesome human being! I am ever so grateful for having met her! I can’t wait to stay at her place again!

It’s extremely safe. It tends to be on the nicer side, if I’m correct. I typically walked my dog after 10 pm, up to 1 am.

We are happy that we lived all this time in Sofia’s apartment. Sofia trusted us, and we trusted her. She was always there when needed. We are grateful to Sofia for supporting us, helping us, and being understanding.
The apartment is located on a quiet, peaceful, and safe street. Everything is nearby — a pharmacy and a big supermarket open until 10 PM. It’s convenient and close to everything. The neighbors are nice. We are very glad we chose Sofia’s apartment.

There is a café nearby, the pharmacy is a 3-minute walk away, and there are three different supermarkets within 5–7 minutes in different directions. There is also a nice large park 13 minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and safe. Many places to walk the dog.
