My name is Ivana and I moved from Zagreb to Split 26 years ago. I love the way of life in Split , near sea , nature , good food and yet with all the contents of urban life. During summer I deal with tourist rentals .
Irespect and don't disturb my *****'s important for me to observe house rules and regular payment . I'm always available for any inquiries and try to solve all problems if they arise. I wish my tenants to feel comfortable and relaxed.

The apartment is wonderful. It is beautiful, clean, in a great locatiom, close to everything... I had the best time there and enjoyed it very much. I stayed in the apartment for 6 months and they were definitely some of the best months of my life. This place became a home away from home. This was my first experience of living in a foreign country and I couldn't have asked for a better place. The owner is the nicest person. She is very helpful and friendly, always there to help you with anything you need. She really makes you feel at home and feel welcome. You know she is there for you and that you can rely on each other. Truly this was an amazing experience and I wish to come back soon.

The neigborhood is truly beautiful. Lots of greenery and flowers everywhere. Shops, cafés and restaurants of all kinds are very close. It is also very close to Riva and Bus Terminal Sukoišan, so you can easily travel anywhere. Many bus stops are very near, with one of them just a few meters away from the building. It feels very familial and is a great place to live.

I recommend going to Bajamina- they make the best crépes (palačinke) and they are so close to the apartment. But there are many other great things around, I am certain everyone can find something they love here
