I’m the owner of the apartment and I’m truly happy that our paths have crossed. My goal is to make sure every resident feels comfortable and at home here. I’m always available to help with any questions or requests you may have.
When I’m not taking care of the building, I enjoy spending time outdoors or reading a good book. Building a friendly and open relationship with my tenants is very important to me, so please don’t hesitate to reach out with any concerns or ideas.

An exceptional host.
Very kind, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. He was perfectly punctual and made us feel very welcome from the very beginning.
The apartment was thoughtfully prepared for our arrival, with water and chocolates waiting for us, which was a lovely and much-appreciated touch after our trip.
Great communication, reliability, and genuine hospitality.
We highly recommend this host and would gladly stay again.

The apartment is located in a great location in Budapest. The apartment itself is in excellent condition, with no strange odors, and it is even better than the picture. There is a metro station and a food market nearby. I would also like to mention the owner of the apartment. When we asked if the apartment had a hairdryer, a frying pan, and a saucepan, Mr. Guala V. immediately responded by purchasing these new household items. Mr. Guala V. was very friendly, welcoming, and sociable. We really enjoyed his small sweet gifts. The next time I'm in Budapest, I'll stay at his place, and I recommend it to everyone.
