Great seaside flat with Risan bay view

This was a marvelous stay in Risan. I'm a digital nomad and have lived all over the world. This apartment has to be one of the best I've ever experienced for work and pleasure. First, it's brand new, and cooly decorated. All the amenities are new and top-notch. The internet was highspeed for working. The mattresses were super comfortable (I tried both beds) for sleeping; the view is spectacular overlooking the Bay of Kotor. There's great swimming spot within a 5 minute walk. There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the apartment that takes you to Perast and Kotor. Perast is 3 km away, an easy walk. The landlord and family make the apartment especially fantastic. They are super attentive, kind, and accommodating in every way. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment and experience to anyone interested in learning about and living in Montenegro.

Risan is an ancient historical town with simple amenities: 3 grocery stores, a few restaurants, a market/gas station, a Sunday market, an Orthodox church (beautiful), small hospital, pharmacy and marina. It's pure and not touristy. The UNESCO village of Perast is 3 kms away, an easy walk or 5 minute ride of the public bus that is very accessible and leaves hourly. Kotor, the bigger city on the bay is 25 minutes away by bus or car.

The Mussel Farm, for fresh oysters and mussels directly from the Bay is 1 km from the apartment and an incredible experience as well as cheap.
There are 3,000 year cave dwellings not far away, Roman mosaics of some note in the village of Risan, a beautiful church, and the BAY OF KOTOR in itself. At the end of my stay in November, I saw dolphins there from my terrace every day. I came here to swim every day and work as a digital nomad. This met my expectations and more!
