Comfortable flat with sea views

My stay was wonderful! The flat is exactly as in the pictures, simple and comfortable. My stay was 5 months long, as part of a work deployment, and the flat is equipped with great internet, a desk and a great desk chair, which gave me a good work space in the flat. It is also located very conveniently for grocery shopping, restaurant visits and access to Funchal (a short hours walk or 8-10 minutes by bus) and Camara de Lobos (a short hours walk along the coastal promenade or 10 minutes by inter-city bus), so it was very easy to go exploring.
Eduardo, my host, was very kind and helpful to me, when I didn't know how to get a bus card, and was really good about checking in periodically to see if I needed help or had issues in the flat. My only issue was when I accidentally locked myself out, and Eduardo was quick to send help so I could get back inside.
Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, I felt very at home, and was sad to leave. I have lost my heart to Madeira, and when I get the opportunity to come back, I will absolutely reach out to Eduardo and see if the flat is available then!

Lively and easy-to-navigate. A little touristy, due to all the hotels nearby, but it wasn't too bad, and there were also many locals in the area. It is a very convenient location, with easy access to Funchal and Camara de Lobos.

Praia Formosa had the most beautiful sunsets, and Camara de Lobos looks like a fairytale, so I would absolutely recommend going to see those! I also really enjoyed many of the local restaurants - Dona Nina (right in front of the flat), Espettus (A short walk along Estrada Monumental) and Taberna Ruel (in the Old Town of Funchal) were particular high lights for me!

I spent 6 weeks in this flat in December/January. I loved it! I would happily have stayed longer. It's got everything you need in terms of appliances, is an easy walk to Praia Formosa, and has lots of natural sun with a great view.
Eduardo is friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. I hope to be able to stay here again!

Being close to Praia Formosa means just a ten minute walk to the beach and lots of cafes everywhere. You're an easy bus ride to the city center.

Communication with the owner was excellent, he went above and beyond to meet our needs, place is as amazing as in the picture and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Neighborhood is very quite, close to the beach and also forum and continente so you have everything you need close by.

Excellent Host, very attentive. Flat was exactly described, well furnished with all necessary amenities and well maintained. Ambience was very tranquil. Any requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our stay was very pleasant and look forward to staying their again.
