Really easy, comfortable and clean place to stay. Marin is a great host, extremely helpful and proactive and the apartment has everything you need. The location is very quiet and calm, different supermarkets and shops within easy walking distance, multiple trams and buses to get you to the centre (or bus and train stations) in about 30 mins. I highly recommend this place, hvala puno, Marin.

I had a great experience overall. The host was in constant communication throughout and always quick to respond, which made everything so much easier. Really cooperative and easy to deal with from start to finish.
The place looked exactly like the photos — no surprises at all, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the location is excellent: close to shops and public transport, so getting around was never an issue.
Would happily recommend.

Marin was a great host, always there when you needed something, even to fix things in the housing. I recommend the place, near the park Maksimir and tram stations.

Nice and clean premises. The neighbourhood was calm and safe. Marin was friendly and communication with him was trouble-free. I totally recommend this accommodation!

I am very satisfied with my stay. The apartment was comfortable, the location was great, and the neighbors were friendly. The host was always helpful and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place :)

Very nice house, had all the utilities i needed and in the area there are lots of stores, restaurants, gym, bus stop etc

The neighborhood is convenient and pleasant. Tram and bus stops are nearby, a park is close for walks, and there’s a supermarket within easy reach. It’s a safe and comfortable area.

A quiet place close to tram and bus stops to the city center. Nearby there is a park and all necessary shops, including Lidl open on Sundays. The house is in good condition with new furniture and bathroom. Marin responds quickly and is always ready to help.

The location was perfect for me as I had an exchange program at faculty of agriculture and forestry. The landlord was nice and helpful.

The location is closed to Maksimir park. There are 2 catholic churches in a walking distance. Supernova shopping mall is also easy to approach. It is about 30 minutes by tram from the center

I am the person who needs a quiet environment. The accommodation is very quiet, the landlord is very friendly and provides a lot of help. You can book this house with peace of mind.

The house was spacious, had everything that was needed, in a safe and quiet location near the tram station and shops. The owner was living next door and always available if needed.
