My family stayed in this beautiful apartment for 23 days. The apartment is spacious, and it has everything you need. They really enjoyed their stay there. It is located in the 12th district which is very safe and peaceful location, and you can get to the city center easily by bus 8E. We highly recommend it, and will definitely stay again next time. I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect – close to public transport and shops, which made everything super convenient. The place was lovely and had everything I needed. There was a minor issue with the air conditioner, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy with my choice and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone!

The neighborhood is vibrant and very well-connected. It’s surrounded by several universities, making it a lively and youthful area. There are two nearby metro stations, and tram lines 4 and 6 run through the area, taking you directly to many of the city’s main attractions. You’ll also find plenty of shops, supermarkets, and everything you need within walking distance. The area feels very safe, even at night, which made my stay even more comfortable

The landlord's really nice and helpful. The flat itself is cozy and comes with everything you need, like a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. It's a great option for any student looking for a comfortable place to stay.

For the most part the neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe. The proximity to the shops and the public transport is a big plus and the neighbors are nice and respectful too.

The house was incredible! Freshly renovated and really warm! The furnitures were brand new and the overall experience was great. The location is close to the Center and the metro line and tram station was really accessible. It’s comfortable for two people and the sofa turns into a bed as well to host even more people. As far as the owners, they were really helpful and eager to assist us in any possible problem when we needed it. I totally recommend the place to others it’s for sure worth it. Me as a student there I found the place fully equipped and since all the bills were included everything was sorted out for me making my stay more comfortable!

The neighbourhood is really quite, most of the people living there were university students or families. Everyone was really friendly and I didn’t notice anything weird since there was traffic and since it had proper lighting during the night, I wasn’t scared to live there in the slightest

I spent 60 days in this wonderful apartment with my wife. We found the location great, close to downtown (just 5-6 stops with the #8 bus) very good public transportation, and a shopping mall nearby, also good restaurants our landlady mentioned to us. The apartment is spacious, with a good size bathroom and kitchen, also a beautiful terrace with great views of the nearby hill, with birds and great fresh air. The layout of the apartment is very good, the main rooms can be separated and different conversations can be had simultaneously. We had a really good time here and highly recommend it !
Communication with the owner was excellent, she was always available when needed, and made our stay so much easier.

Ms. Andrea was very helpful and resourceful from the beginning of the tenure until the closure of the contract. I love the location of the apartment as it is very close to the Danube River, close to the tram station and convenient stores. The apartment is also well-maintained and the amenities are also fully stocked. In the summer, it is really great to have AC in the facilities especially during the heat waves. I highly recommend her service. Her great service has made my time in Budapest a pleasure and I will definitely come and visit again.
