Hello! My name is Elena and I am the manager of La Casita.

I professionally manage holiday and temporary rental properties in Ávila and the surrounding area, and my priority is to make sure that every guest feels comfortable, well informed and looked after throughout their stay.

I will be your main point of contact from the moment you make your reservation until the end of your stay. I am always happy to help with any questions about the house, the area or anything you may need during your time at La Casita.

La Casita has been prepared with great care to offer a comfortable and peaceful stay, whether you are coming for a few days or planning to stay for a longer period. We want you to feel at home while enjoying the privacy and tranquillity of the property.

The house has a self check-in system, so your arrival can be completely flexible and independent. Before your stay, you will receive all the necessary information and clear instructions to make your arrival as easy as possible.

Although check-in is autonomous, you will not be on your own. I will remain available throughout your stay should you need any assistance.
