Nice room. It has all you need for a short stay. Eszter is collaborative.

Peaceful but vibrant. Almost no traffic. Lots of nice bars, a ramen restaurant, a beautiful little square.

Lumen.

The studio is as presented on the photos; minimalist and appropriate for those who do not mind having just the essentials. Unfortunately, the portable washing machine wasn't working properly, so hopefully that gets sorted out for the future guests. Other than that, the studio has good internet and heating, making it suitable for remote work or study. The location is convenient and the neighbours are friendly, as is the host (Eszter) who you can contact in case of any questions/issues.

Safe and friendly.

The apartment was nice and clean. It lived up to the pictures. I had some recurring issues with a curtain but the owner was very helpful in order to get it fixed.

Wohnung in sehr schöner Lage :)

Great location on a quiet street, just a 15-minute walk from the city center and nightlife—ideal for students. The only downside is that the room doesn’t get much sunlight, but overall, everything was fine. The landlord was always available, genuinely caring, and ensured everything was in order, which made the whole experience very positive.

The neighborhood is great, wery calm at night, beautiful architecture, a cafe just next to the door.

It's a beautifully decorated flat in a cool hipster area with lots of interesting bars, restaurants cafes on walking distance. A great tapas place just over the road. It's very spacious and feels homely. The bathroom is extremely luxurious with a huge tub and a shower, lovely tiles. Estela is lovely and was so kind and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. If I had to say a downside I would say that being on the ground floor and facing the street it can get quite noisy during the weekend nights, and with the rubbish trucks coming past and collecting at 5 am some mornings. During the day however the street is quiet with very little traffic. Overall a great experience to stay there, this is a proper home, not a rental place, and it has s great energy and beautiful decorations and furniture.

The farmers market at Szimpla Kert on a Sunday

The flat is in a really lovely street with beautiful buildings. The apartment is very spacious, decorated with love and great taste, and felt very homely. it is the landlady's home during the summer and it feels like a home rather than a rental flat. it has a really good energy, beautiful high ceilings and a lot of original period features such as the wooden shutters which make the rooms nice and dark at night. The bathroom is so luxurious with the choice of large tub or shower. It feels like a very tasteful hotel bathroom. Esther is a lovely person and I was lucky to meet her before she left. Both her and her Dad were very helpful with everything.

I can highly recommend Pho and Go on main road, Racozci Ter food market nearby and the metro, short walk to the Farmers Market at Szimpla Kert ( ruin bar) on Sundays where you can buy fresh organic vegetables in a very atmospheric location

Great

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Budapest. Located very close to one of the main spots of Budapest ( 8 min to Astoria by foot).
The overall connectivity was fantastic, due to the Tram and Metro stations nearby.
The apartment itself was surprisingly big and very quite. The kitchen was quite rudimentary, but everything worked well.
All in all was I really happy with the apartment and spending my Erasmus there.

Quite neighborhood with a lot of cafes. A lot of teenagers roam the streets and it is not touristy. It kinda fells like a suburb of Budapest, even though it is quite in the city center.

Most definitely the Lumen, which offers a tasty breakfast and a great tea selection. Moreover I really liked the Pesti Chutney, a great Indian place right on the street corner.

The location is excellent close to everything with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, museums, libraries and public transportation. The apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable. Our only issue was the internet. Very low bandwidth share with other apartment and the last two days of our stay we have no internet at all, very problematic for us that work remotly. Eszter was very receptive with our concerns and try to solve the internet issues, but unfortunately was not solve.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay in a cozy studio in a fantastic neighborhood. The location was incredible!
The studio itself was cozy and had a nice vibe. The design was minimalist and it looked exactly as shown in pictures. However, it lacked a microwave and had a small washing machine, which was a bit inconvenient.

The neighborhood was beautiful and convenient. I stayed for one Erasmus semester where my university was 8 mins away on foot. There were amazing restaurants and cafes nearby and supermarkets were near as well.

I recommend Anton and Apricot for their pastries and coffees.

We spent a month in Estela's place and it was one of the most beautiful apartments we've stayed in. It's really spacious and bright and has the most comfortable bed you can wish for. The kitchen has all the equipment you need for cooking. it was really comfortable to work remotely from there for both of us, the internet was good and there is one dedicated desk and one large kitchen table.

The most difficult thing in this apartment is choosing the best spot to read your book. From the comfy chair in the bedroom or large couch in the living room to one of the huge windows.

The location was perfect close enough to everything but still very quiet. There were a few concerts happening next door during our stay but they weren't very loud and always ended around 10 PM.

We would totally come back!

Anton cafe/bakery is right on the corner. Market on Rakozi ter. Wine store/cellar Tasting table.

A beautiful and relaxed apartment equipped with everything to feel at home even for longer stays. Super nice and uncomplicated from start to finish. Perfect location, with main Budapest attractions, restaurants and bars accessible by a short walk. Super care by Estella and always available for questions 😊

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, it’s cozy and perfect for one person. The location is really amazing! I spent my Erasmus here and my university was a 5 minute walk away, but also the city center and supermarkets are all very close (you could walk to almost any place, but public transport works really well). The apartment had almost everything I needed, including sheets and blankets. Another plus is the apartment stays pretty warm without needing much heating. I really recommend!

The neighborhood doesn’t have too much traffic, it’s very walkable, it has supermarkets, takeaway places, bars and restaurants. Nearby there are bus stops, metro stops and tram stops.

I would recommend Lumen, Padron, both nearby bakeries (Apricot for the best coffee and Anton for the best croissants and pain au chocolat) and the kinai buffet for a quick takeaway dinner.

The apartment was nicely furnished, clean, big and well located.

Eszter responded to all our inquiries and requests and was very cooperative.

It is closed to all the attractions of Budapest. Most of them by foot. The street consists mostly of colleges and schools and the average age of people in the street is 25 :) The street is quite and not a through way.

Good value for money, nice location, the flat looks precisely as described/shown in photos.

We rented this apartment for a month and had a very pleasant stay. Great location just a few minutes walk from public transportation and restaurants with great lunch deals. The apartment is well maintained and minimalistic. The only thing that could be better is the kitchenware. There was only one small cutting board, pots that are too small for most things and no bowls. Lastly we want to thank Eszter for the clear communication and fast response. We highly recommend this apartment to future tenants.

Beautiful

The flat is absolutely beautiful, I had an amazing time staying here. For such a dense city the flat felt extremely light and airy. Also the ground floor position is an underappreciated treat for anyone who doesn't want three flights of stairs every time they leave and enter. The kitchen is well equipped and I cooked often. Eszter is always friendly and helped with every problem I had (which were very few). My only small criticism is that at the time of my stay there was a large time difference between us, which made some replies slower than desired.

The flat is in a particularly beautiful part of the already pretty palace district, an area primarily filled with university buildings. There is a great selection of trendy cafes and restaurants. The location is also quite central, so it is easy to walk to all the major attractions.

Lumen Cafe is right next to the flat and worth a visit, they do good food and have lots of interesting artists every week. For getting around you can't beat the Mol Bubi rideshare bikes. It's so much more idyllic to cycle along the Danube than grab a tram.

The nicest host! She was so fast to help with any problem I had, highly recommend her!!

This is a beautiful apartment and we will be back for long stays whenever we are in Budapest. It has high cielings, the view looks at historic buildings, the internal design is just fantastic with many small architectural touches with frosted glass windows towards the bathroom to get natural and other light even if switch is not on. The kitchen is beautifully arranged. There was a lot of food in it. We too tried to leave a lot of food when we left. Everything is beautifully appointed. Estela and her father were very kind people. Its an absolutely lovely area which we have been Familiar with from before. Trams, bus, shops, supermarkets are all nearby. There are churches and restaurants in walking distance. Yet its a quiet street only filled with university students as many of the buildings in the street belong to university. But the students are quiet most of the time. They add a nice young feel to the ambience. This is part of the historic palace district so there are fantastic buildings all around. We can't say enough about this lovely apartment which should be used by all.

Nice and cozy flat, good location, with a friendly and informative owner! Rented it for 5 weeks, absolutely recommended.

The Apartment is very sweet and Eszter is a very helpful host. I really recommend staying at her place.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation due to Covid. But Eszter and I were able to figure out the process together. She was helpful and pleasant throughout the whole experience.

My partner and I stayed at Estela’s flat for 10 months and it was fantastic. The flat is perfectly located, within walking distance to the main attractions and city centre, and it also has brilliant transport links to the rest of the city. There are a variety of great cafés, restaurants and bars nearby but the street is very quiet and peaceful. The flat itself is very spacious, comfortable to live in and it has everything you need. One of the best things about our stay was having Estela as our landlady. She is very caring and responsive, and she went above and beyond every time we needed help with anything during our stay. We’ve absolutely loved our experience living there and would definitely recommend staying there!

Very nice place, ideal location and the owners are very nice people!

California coffee shop close by

Well, I really dont know where to begin. First when i steped front of the door i had to realise i have a "neighbor" who is actually a very noisy flatmeat!
The Apartman was very, very, very dirty (disgusting) My opinion is, If i stay somewhere more than a week or just more than few days (for me it was 1.5 month) i need a few cleaning equipment ( e.g. a mop, so i had to buy clean products and equipment too).
Everything in the room is very low quality (kitchen cupboard, stairs, table, chairs literally fall appart..)
The only one window have a certain, that is impossible to fix to someone doesnt look in...
and the wardrobe had a massive cigarette fetor. ( i had to buy 2 scent to make this smell endurable)
In the bathroom the water heater never made enough water to normally wash my hair ( shoulders length) when i having a shower, and never dreaming about shaving and hair wash in the same time.
In the kitchen never is hot....not even warm water to wash your dishes (that of course i also had to buy more..)
With an expensive price for this small room,i accepted something special. Only special thing was my fustration. And for this price the minimum is to be liveable .( I think minimalist doesnt mean Nothing.)

I do not have words to describe how comfortable and welcoming house it was. Had everything we need in walking area, best coffee shops around with fresh pastry in the morning, city center walking distance, everything was just perfect. Miss Eszter and her father most amazing people helped very much when we need it. The only bad thing was that vacation wasn't longer. Thank you Miss Eszter for everything and cannot wait to come back next time. For sure will be again there this year.

Maybe but I did not see to much of Budapest our house was to comfortably and we had all the shops and coffee shops around us so we been a little bit lazy. The Buda Castle is amazing 😍😍😍.

The apartment is very cosy, you have everything you need and the host is nice and helpful.

Location was perfect for me, a lot of Restaurants/shops close by. Quite, CLEAN and very central Building and neighborhood.
The host was very professional, cooperative and warmhearted. Definitely a recommend.
