I’m a Portuguese guy that, for several years, work on TV in an international department. I spend most of my time traveling, either for work attending TV markets all around the world or for leisure, enjoying vacations to relax.
I’m from the North of Portugal, very close of Spain, that’s the reason why some people says that I’m Spanish instead. I studied Communication and Media in Coimbra, the Portuguese student city that holds one of the oldest Universities in the world. While I was studying I went to Groningen, The Netherlands, to study one year abroad in Erasmus Program.
After all these adventures, I came to Lisbon in 2010 and I immediately fell in love with this sunny and beautiful city.
Right now I’m living in Cacilhas, the spot with the most wonderful viewpoint where you can see Lisbon in front of your eyes. And that’s 8 minutes away from Lisbon city centre (Cais do Sodré) by boat 😊

André is an excellent host! He was quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay. The apartment is lovely. There are many amenities, comfortable furniture, and incredible location. I had no problems during my stay and would definitely come back!

Cacilhas is beautiful and not too busy. There are still many restaurants, grocery stores and incredible look outs to visit. I enjoyed exploring the area. The ferry to Lisboa is close, cheap and quick :)

Great place, great host. I couldn't say more about my time spent in this apartment. André makes you feel at home at soon as you enter the place. Well equiped, close to shops and restaurants, and to the boat station of Cacilhas. The best part ? the terrace :) If you want to enjoy a nice coffee under the sun. I definitly recommand this place ! And will try to come back !
