If you’ve been looking for an apartment in Lisbon, I suggest you stop looking and get this one before it’s gone! I just spent a month there and absolutely loved it. I had been to Lisbon several times, but never in the Graça neighborhood. It’s such a gem, and I would want to stay there again next time. From the apartment, it’s just 5 minutes to several bakeries, bistros, and grocery stores along the main road through Graça. It’s even closer to several wine bars and a great pizza place. And the cutest little Italian restaurant, L’Ape, is right outside the front door.

In addition, you have Lisbon’s most beautiful viewpoint, Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, right across from the building, a busy gathering place for touristy Tuk-Tuks, but not noisy enough to bother you up on the 4th floor. You’ll want to go there for some pictures, but otherwise you’ll prefer to watch the most amazing sunsets from your west-facing terrace right above. Not to be outdone by the sunrises you get to watch from your east-facing terrace, the sun shining right into your bed as it rises (there are also roll-down shutters if you prefer it to be dark). You really cannot beat the views from this apartment.

Yes, you’ll have to walk up 4 floors to get in and out as there’s no elevator, but I viewed that as a bonus for my daily exercise. Lisbon is not a place for one afraid of stairs! I also found that it was closer to everything than I thought. You can walk down to Rossio square in about 15 min, and up to the Bairro Alto from there. You’re also about 15 min from 2 different Metro stations, and there are buses and streetcars as well, even a funicular from the Graça viewpoint, which is arguably Lisbon’s 2nd most beautiful one, just 7 min from the flat.

The apartment had everything that I needed to live in comfortably for a month, and you’ll be connected with a property manager via WhatsApp who is always available to help with any questions or issues. I’d also love to point out that opening both balcony doors provided great natural air conditioning, and I never once spotted a single mosquito or even a fly. And the city gets surprisingly quiet at night, so sleeping with the doors open is not a problem. I also discovered that the sofas are pull-outs, so I could have hosted an occasional visitor.

I highly recommend this apartment for an extended stay and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did!

It's a fairly small neighborhood, good mix of residential and restaurants, and once again, the two most amazing viewpoints. I always was so happy to come back to Graça after a long day exploring Lisbon, and always felt very safe as soon as I'd get back to the main part of Graça. It's an easy to place to feel at home in.

Amazing apartment with the most beautiful views in all of Lisbon! The location is at the top of the hill so be prepared to walk plus being on the 4th floor is a lot of steps, but that's Lisbon in general :) I actually enjoyed the cardio and workout! The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely be back next summer and stay again.

Excellent location to enjoy Lisbon from; although the apartment’s two balconies and spectacular views made it very hard to go out. Kate and Laura were kind and responded to all my questions no matter how ridiculous they were.

Lisbon is a city of seven hills. Graça and this apartment in particular are at the top of one of them. It’s all downhill when you go out! It can be busy with tourists and locals alike, but like anywhere step off the regular path and it’s pretty chill.

We stayed a month here and were absolutely delighted with the apartment and location. it’s exactly as pictured on flatio. Located 5 mons from shops and only 2 mins from great pubs and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here. Laura was very helpful and available at any time thru what’s app.

Kate's place is just like the pics – stunning! Feels like it's straight off a Pinterest board and super comfy for my stay. Laura, the property manager, was quick to accommodate any little thing I need. I absolutely love staying there and would recommend it to anyone. Plus, the area is breathtaking, with a beautiful mirador just a few steps away. It's super convenient too, with a grocery store just 5 minutes away. And to top it off, the neighborhood is very safe.
