Gorgeous place. The apartment is located on the first floor of the fully new building, close to the city center. So, you want to be worried about draft or humidity. All the household appliances are in perfect condition; the furniture is new and decorated with taste.
The only downside I can mention is that supermarkets are far away, so you would need to use a local convenience store or get a car. By the way, although it's not mentioned, the underground parking is also included.
Helena has been very responsive and helpful. However, there were a few occasions we had to reach out to her.

Very nice area to live in. Especially enjoyed the patio, it was very relaxing to sit there during sunny days. The house and the room had all the amenities needed. The landlady was extremely helpful and nice to speak with. I had the privilege of being alone in the whole house during my stay, but it had enough space to accommodate as many guests as there were rooms. You must use buses or a car to get to either beaches or supermarkets, but it's easy to follow the public transport schedule. The nearest beach is Fonte de Telia, and it's spectacular!

Our stay was great. The apartments are a bit small but extremely cosy. Big backyard was also really nice. Good location close to subway and 30 minutes on foot from city center. Parking places are mostly payed but there are some free spots nearby. Juliana was nice, caring and helpful Thank you!

This flat was peaceful, private and quiet. Be careful of coming out onto the main road. There is a blind curve. The place is very clean.

Some improvements which could be made for next preparations: Sewage leak odor from the toilet, a clogged shower drain.

The landlord is friendly and acknowledged my concerns. Overall a great place that shows common sense and thoughfulness.

Pronajaté bydlení v ulici Počátecká jsme využili, protože jsme dělali rekonstrukci našeho bytu. Bydleli jsme tam po dobu 2 měsíců. Bydleli jsme tam 3členná rodina.
Největší úspěch sklidila terasa, tam se nám moc líbilo.
Zařízení bytu bylo vyhovující a dostačující.
Výhoda ubytování byla blízká vzdálenost od metra Budějovická a Kačerov, také obchody- Lidl, Billa a restaurace.
Jako sportovní výkon bylo pro celou rodinu vyjít do 4 patra bez výtahu, ale každý den 1x- 2x jsme to dali, proto jsme si dobře rozmysleli co budeme kupovat.
Majitele i tento pronájem mohu všem doporučit. Předání klíčů na začátku pronájmu i na konci pobytu proběhlo dobře

This flat was so lovely. Spectacular views, every appliance one needs, clean, quiet, and the neighbors in the building who have lived there for years are wonderful people. The stairs are a big climb but so worth it. I will come back and stay here.

The landlord Adam is very friendly and positive person, responsive and always ready to help whenever needed. The apartment itself is in excellent condition, equipped with all essential household items, sound insulation is good, everything works perfectly. Flats location is also very convenient, just a 3 minute walk from the shopping center and public transport. I highly recommend this apartment!

You have everything you need from day to day that is not food - including dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, cooking pots, spices... The key handover went smoothly, and they are here for any questions. Great experience!

Rita was very kind and helpful from day one, always very attentive to my needs! The flat then is very nice and comfortable; it has everything you need and all the comforts for a long stay. A plus is definitely the terrace, perfect for the summer season.
More than positive experience! I highly recommend this flat! I couldn't have found better!

Dobrý pomer cena-kvalita, takmer všetko vybavenie bytu funkčné, príjemnú atmosféru bytu dodávali plné police kníh, majiteľka príjemná a ochotná. Žiaľ, boli tam nejaké veci, ktoré by bolo treba doladiť. V byte nefungovala rúra po celý čas môjho pobytu, teda celý mesiac a boli aj menšie problémy so splachovačom. Taktiež by bolo vhodné uviesť niekde, že v bytovom dome nie je výťah. Síce som dokázala fungovať aj bez neho, ale niektorým ľuďom to môže robiť problém a bolo by dobré, aby o tom nájomcovia vedeli dopredu
