The flat is perfectly located close to the Las Canteras beach and you have everything you need around the corner. The big shared kitchen as well as the balcony make it a beautiful place to live. The communication with Chris works very well and you feel welcome any time.

My stay at Bruna's place was great. It was a lovely, cozy place in a nice area off the beaten path. The bed and couch were SO comfortable, and it was really nice having access to a kitchenette during my stay. It was close to cafes, restaurants, great viewpoints, buses and streetcar access, which was convenient. Also - Bruna was so helpful, providing clear instructions and useful information. She even checked in on me when a storm came through. I'd gladly stay here again.

The apartament is really nice, communication is really great, though I was really missing an elevator. The building could easily have one of those you enter from outside and it gets you inside to your floor. It doesn't have any. But the apartament was comfortable, easy to clean after yourself, everything functioned well, communication was top, easy to find solutions. Owners were attentive. I really cant complain. If there was an elevator I would happily come again.

Overall a very nice flat. The bathroom was a little hard to dry out after showering and it was a little to warm at night, even hough I turned down the radiator completely. Sometimes the Wifi was unstable.

We had a wonderful stay in Prague. The host was very helpful and always responsive, which made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The place was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The location was calm and quiet, perfect for resting, yet the transport connections were excellent and got us everywhere we needed to go quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back.

Lovely flat in a quiet area, still close to the center. It’s on the 3rd floor, but the stairs are easy and a lift really isn’t needed. The place feels super cozy and spacious, with an excellent bedroom and a perfect mattress—I slept like butter there. Heating took a little time to warm up, but once it did, it was great. I genuinely loved staying here. Btw, my host Judit was super helpful, and finding/entering the flat was effortless thanks to the clear WhatsApp tutorial she sent.

Both the owner and the manager of the flat were very nice and accommodating. We arrived and left at early hours and it was not a problem. During our stay of 5 months we had a few requests that were met very rapidly, either to repair the washing machine or to shorten our lease. We are really satisfied with everything.

I can’t emphasize enough how much we enjoyed staying in this wonderful home: The apartment itself is lovely, spacious, and bright, and the terrace with its 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean is a dream! Also: The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need – even small things like a needle and thread, band-aids, and cleaning supplies.

The family are the sweetest neighbors, incredibly helpful, and they made us feel truly at home through their kindness and thoughtful gestures.

The apartment has everything you need for an extended stay, the ocean view is excellent, and a supermarket with everything you need is within walking distance.
The owner was always available by phone and online and responded to all our questions very quickly. The service was truly top-notch.

We loved our stay in Sanlucar. The apartment was beautiful and modern, only a few steps away from the city center.
The communication with Kate was great, she was very quick to respond and had many suggestions for restaurants, things to do etc.

Hugo is a fantastic host. He communicated quickly and clearly every time I reached out to him. While he wasn't personally available for my check-in and check-out, he sent a friend and a relative each time to handle these situations and each of them was very friendly and helpful.

The unit itself was very clean, had everything one might need, and the building was nice. The rooftop patio and pool is beautiful. The location is an easy walk into the center of Funchal (with an uphill return) so it is very convenient. Renters should be aware, though, that this building is in the heart of Funchal so city noise is to be expected and insulation between units is not the same as in other countries.

If you're looking for an apartment that is perfect for remote work and an urban experience in Madeira, this is a great place!
