Daniel is extremely professional and always available whenever you need him. The apartment is great in every aspect, and I highly recommend it.

I have rented several apartments in Prague through Flatio, but since I started booking apartments managed by Daniel, he has always been my first choice because of his commitment and professionalism.

Francisco gave us the info we needed to access the apartment (which was an excellent, clean, well equipped apartment, best quality to value we have ever stayed in). We wish there was a bit more information on using the apartment, but we managed. I would recommend renting from Francisco, based on our experience with this stay.

The landlord is very friendly and replies to messages quickly. The flat is spacious and very close to the metro. However, you have to climb stairs to get there, which might be a bit of a hassle if you have elderly people or children. The living room is rather dark, so you need to keep the lights on even during the day. There is no washing machine or dryer, which makes doing the laundry a bit of a faff. But overall, it’s a very nice flat!

The apartment is wonderful — very bright, spacious, and comfortable. It has everything you need for everyday living, and you can really feel at home there. The location is also great: there are shops, restaurants, and parks nearby, which makes the area very convenient and pleasant to live in.

I also want to mention how great the communication with the landlord was. Hanna is a very friendly, kind, and welcoming person. She was always quick to reply, very helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was good. It was a pleasure communicating with her.

I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Спасибо огромное вам за проживание в вашей бесподобной, чистой и солнечной квартире, в которой есть абсолютно все, для комфортного проживания. Сложно придумать вещь или предмет, которого бы там не было) Там было уютно, тепло, тихо, невероятно чисто и комфортно.
Отдельное спасибо за новую посуду, гладильную доску, сушку, салфетки, пакетики и за другие мелочи, о которых позаботились хозяева!
И за очень хорошие и вкусные угощения!

Excellent apartment , spacious and very well stocked, and the design is homely and modern. The owner is attentive, helpful and follows up on any request immediately. Ideal for singles/couples, and for those who want downtown stay without the noise, traffic, the crowds.

We spent six months here and had an amazing time!
The flat really captures the sicilian spirit in a modern way - we loved the well equipped kitchen, the two balconies and the beautiful tiles.
Part of the sicilian spirit might also be some troubles with electricity but the host manages this amazingly and gets back to you very quickly should you need any help.
The location is perfect to get to the city centre by foot.
We are already dreaming of coming back!

From the very first contact, I had a great feeling. Even upon arrival, they were incredibly helpful. Every month my bedding was changed, and they often brought little treats like oranges or lemons from their home. Whenever any issue arose, they responded very quickly.

The apartment itself was very well maintained and ideally located—just a 5-minute walk to the city center and 10 minutes to Bacvice. The neighbors were quiet and hardly noticeable.

Truly wonderful and lovely people, and definitely a place I would highly recommend.

The appartment is very comfortable, with everything you need. The appartment is quiet close to the center, especially with the tram stop in front of the building.
The only downside is the price, being a bit expensive.

Lucia is a very kind and hospitable host. She made me feel very welcome in her home and in her city. She always had some helpful advice or recommendation to help me settle in during my 2 month stay. She recommended a Spanish school that was excellent as well as lots of great places to visit and eat and drink and even found somewhere for me to store my motocycle securely. Her place is perfectly situated, close to the old part of the city and within walking distance of everything you could possibly need. I loved living with her and her cats! I will be back!
