A very nice flat. Fully equipped. Just move in. The flat is very warm, which is important if one aims for winter. Very nice location. Harald is a nice guy. Highly recommend it.

Decent home, location was really nice, walking distance from all the important locations. The apartment had some flaws, it was very humid and the bed was a bit unstable. However, Michal did everything he could in order to help us, which was much appreciated and improved our experience of the stay. Overall it was a good accommodation, especially for short term. And we loved the Mickey Mouse toaster;)

Very nice apartment. The area is very quiet, since the apartment does not have windows towards the main street. The location is prefect since is very close to the Novy Smichov Shopping Center and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. To get to the city center is very easy (the tram station is 2 min walk and the metro station is also very close). The apartment has everything you could need in order to have a nice stay: the level of cleanliness was high, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is very nice (the bathtub is big), the drawer from the hall is very big and it has a lot of shelves . We stayed over the winter months and the heating was perfect. The additional storage space is perfect to keep the vacuum cleaner and any extra luggage you might have and not need to keep them in sight. Ivana and Veronika were very responsive and helpful. Overall it was a nice stay which we enjoyed.

Ich habe drei Monate in Prag gewohnt. Als Urlauber.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wohnt gleich nebenan.
Bei Problem ist Sarka gleich zur stelle. Man kann auch immer anrufen oder bei ihr Klopfen.
Sie ist sehr zuvor kommen bei Problemen.

Der Bezirk Parg 3 ist sehr Familiär. Die Architektur ist sehr schön und es gibt mehre Parks.
Was zu fuß sehr gut erreichbar ist.
Viele Leute sprechen Englisch oder Russisch.
Es gibt mehr Einkaufs Möglichkeiten gleich vor der Türe. Tante Emma Läden und Supermärkte.
Eine Hausordnung wäre gut für mehr Informationen ( Müll Entsorgung u.s.w)

Sarka bekommt 10 von 10 Sterne als Vermieter.

We loved staying in this apartment! It's a cozy place, the neighbours are quiet, there's a big shopping center nearby and the city center is within easy reach. The owner is a nice person, everything went smoothly. Overall a very nice experience!

Exkluzívna lokalita, ktorú v Bratislave len tak nenájdete, prijemne zariadený svetlý byt so všetkým, čo potrebujete a hlavne super komunikácia so Svetlanou a jej priateľom Raycom = odporúčam všetkými desiatimi! Veľká vďaka, bývalo sa mi výborne.
