A really nice apartment in which it is good to live, you can cook good dishes thanks to the very well equipped kitchen and the utensils available. The communication with the owner is very good, it is very responsive and available at all times. Only the small bemol the mailbox where we did not have the keys and therefore impossible to receive letters and administrative documents.
Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

Amazing place! Great ubication, beautiful furniture, nice wireless sound system. Walking distance to the Old Town square. Not noisy, very quite place. You wont regret.

This apartment is perfect. Elegantly designed, I enjoyed my time renting this place. Located at the heart of Budapest, close proximity to stores and event center, this place is great for a long term rental looking to enjoy the experience of Budapest. Lidia (the landlady) is a very nice person she is always there for you if you have any question.

My teammates and me were living in this flat for more than two months, and the experience was really great. The flat itself is really good: well equipped, beautiful, well located... but we think that the best of all was the owner's care. It's next to a bus stop and at 15 minutes on foot from a supermarket. We really recommend this place, even if it is for a few days or for a longer stay.

El estudio está en una casa familiar, es pequeñito y el balcón le da el espacio que le falta, está muy completo y con todo lo necesario para la llegada. Todo en buen estado, luminoso y muy tranquilo. La propietaria y su familia son muy agradables. Está situado en una zona residencial un poco alejada del centro, pero tiene una parada de guaguas a cinco minutos con dos líneas que te llevan al centro en unos 10 minutos.

Lovely renovated apartment with great water pressure in shower, comfortable beds, nice full-sized fridge and a washing machine with drying rack. Nothing wrong with the neighborhood--it was just a bit close to a main highway and on a tram line (25) that was more infrequent than most. Still, it was near to the 22 tram line that goes everywhere in Prague. Magdalena is a very kind person who went out of her way to make sure the cab driver found the back parking lot and could get us to the airport.

It's an awesome apartment for a couple, located in an amazing neighborhood which is extremely popular for expats. Everything was very clean and cozy. Great location, Bus/metro/tram stop is just a short walk (1-2 min) and public transport is great. Flora shopping mall is also nearby with a lot of shops. Very easy when shopping for groceries. Great place for both short and long term stays (We stayed for almost 4 months). Communication with Michaela & her dad was very smooth. We also got invited to his jazz club AghaRTA which was very nice. Definitely worth a visit!

Все было замечательно, от общей планировки квартиры до самых мелких деталей , благодаря которым проживание в вашей квартире было очень комфортным. Отличная техника: посудомоечная машина, машина для стирки и сушки белья, кофе машина, миксер, весы, и даже ножи на кухне были отличными! Всем рекомендую. Спасибо.

I had the most convenient stay imaginable. Alan was making always making sure that I have a nice stay and he seemed really to care about the tenants.
The communication was easy and so was the key handover, even though I had not much time.

I stayed here for roughly 4 months and the apartment itself is very nice and also the location is good. There are supermarkets and some cafes nearby and the Tram is directly in front of the door.

However, I did have some problems in the end with the owner. I stayed there with my cat and when I left there was probably some of the hairs left on furniture. The rest of the apartment was clean. So, in total the apartment was at least as clean as when I moved in, since there were hairs of the prior person in the bed, cut-off toenails in the bathroom etc. But here is where the problem started with the owner. He didn’t come when I left and then suddenly later, he sent me a message demanding ~60€ as a cleaning fee. I resisted, because on one side the apartment was not perfectly clean when I moved in either and on the other side the demanded fee was way too high. The owner insisted on this amount and started to threaten me if I don’t pay it immediately. I compared the price to the prices of professional cleaning services. I could only look at the one with information in English and I guess they were already above average, but they charged around half of that price for a whole apartment and this was only about using some sticky hair remover for the furniture. When I confronted the owner with the results from my search, he suddenly changed his mind and we made an agreement and I paid some amount just to settle this case. However, I wonder whether he is trying to get 60€ from every person that stays there and then only does the minimum cleaning and this issue could have been handled much better than in his aggressive way.

Nice appartment in the nice area of Prague. Very caring householders. A lot of shops, restaurans around the house. 3 minutes walk to the subway (Flora station), 20 minutes walk to the center of the city.
