Zuzana was very helpful during my stay. The apartment was clean, had all necessities, and is conveniently located. There is ample natural light and the two balconies allow for a nice cross breeze during the summer. The neighborhood contains many parks, bodegas, and restaurants, with a couple of Alberts within walking distance.

Vsetko bolo super. Byt mal skvelu lokalitu, bol plne zariadeny a prenajimatelia boli taktiez fantasticky.
Celkom by sa zisla klima :) ale bol tam aspon ventilator.

RENT THIS FLAT!!! Clean, conveniently located and the owner Marie thought of everything. From having a few drinks in the fridge to offering a Tram tickets to her special Homemade Jam. It's a beautiful little flat that had everything we needed and more. We stayed here a little over 2 weeks and it was just like it was our home. Her location is ideal right out side the city center but not too far. She has a Tram outside the buildings front door which makes it even more accessible to the city center. A quaint coffee shop is located below her building .. what a great way to begin your day. I highly recommend renting from Marie.

The flat could not have been in a better location! Awesome connectivity to public transport with Metro and Tram Stations less than 100 m apart. Huge Shopping centre and Superstores also extremely closeby. The square where the house is located comes alive every evening.

Minor issues in the building stopped us from giving the house a perfect 10. But Nick is an awesome landlord, very approachable, very co-operative and understanding. He was always available for any trouble-shooting!

All in all, couldn't have found a better place to spend the month in Prague. A DEFINITE RECOMMENDATION !

Jana is a great landlord. She communicates well and really cares about the tenant having an enjoyable stay. The location is ideal with plenty of cafes nearby and convenient transportation. The house has everything you need and opens onto a quiet courtyard.

Mr Daneil has been very accommodating & helpful, he came to pick us up personally since we were to Prague with Welcome snacks & ensured the house felt like home & we were comfortable in it!!

Bohdana was a nice hostess. house light in a prime location. apartment is clean and fully equipped. tram 3 minutes walk but no noise disturbance.

Velmi prijemne bydleni v klidne casti Prahy. Byt je velmi cisty, velmi vkusne zarizeny vcetne kuchyne a vsech spotrebicu. Ac je bydleni ve vile, velkou vyhodou je samostatny vchod do bytu. Ve dne i v noci je zde naprosty klid. Velmi dobre spojeni na metro cca 5 minut. V blizkem okoli je Albert, Tesco, lekarna, obchody, restaurace u Mateje s vybornymi paninni, cukrarna, vyborna pizzerie se skvelou pizzou a zmrzlinou. Doslova za rohem muzete relaxovat v parku, v lese, nebo v prirodni rezervaci Horni Sarky. Majitelka je velmi vstricna a ochotna. Vrele doporucuji vsem, co hledaji skvele bydleni v klidne casti Prahy. Rada se budu zde vracet. Za mne *****.

It's been very nice two weeks in Budapest! The flat is really nice and clean. There are a few items for cooking and every basic thing you need on holiday! The location is great, directly behind the castle of Buda. Its just two minutes to trams and buses and 15 min. to walk to the Pest side.
We will definitely recommend the place to our friends.

I have stayed in the flat for 2 months with my classmate and we had absolutely no prblems whatsoever. Everything was taken care of and explained to us well, the flat is new and exactly like in the pictures. When we needed minor repairs to be done, Anne didn't hesitate to send someone very promptly. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential but it's super fast to get into town. Overall, we were very happy with our choice.
