Eva and Petr's apartment is in a fabulous location and right beside the metro station. The apartment has everything you need. The only thing that we disliked was the loud construction that happens outside the back bedroom window every morning at 7 am. However, this is temporary and everything else about the apartment was wonderful. Once you respect the noise level restrictions you should have a fantastic stay at this property. The location is more suited for families rather than young adults.

Nice overall experience, just a few missing things:
- The kitchen is missing some useful items (a frying pan, vegetable peeler, ...)
- A fan (it's very hot in July and there was absolutely no way to cool the flat down)
- A piece of the washing machine is broken, it works but damages the clothes
- The Wifi is very unstable, don't expect to go a full day without any 1h+ interruption. (If you're in Budapest to work, maybe go to a cafe or a coworking space)
The flat is very spacious and pretty comfortable, the location is a real plus and has a nice vintage feeling.

Bydlení mohu jen doporučit! A to z důvodů klidné lokality s přírodou, příjemných sousedů, ale především z bytu samotného a chování jeho majitele. V bytě bylo vše potřebné od jídelního nádobí až po žehlící prkno. Majitel nám tam nechal k používání kávu, čaje, základní dochucovadla... Pan Dobeš s celou rodinou jsou velmi milí, vstřícní a ochotní. Pokud hledáte ubytování pro jednu až dvě osoby v klidné části města s docházkovou vzdáleností ke všemu potřebnému, doporučuji tento byt všema deseti! :)

Byt je prvotřídní, bezvadně vybavený a čistý jako nový. Ke všem spotřebičům byly pisemné návody a kromě toho pan majitel poslal e-mailem podrobná vysvětlení. Jeho snaha nám ve všem vyhovět byla mimořádná. Ubytovala nás slečna Štěpánka, přítelkyně syna pana Polišenského a velice milá dívka. Mám-li se vyjádřit k lokaci, lepší si snad ani není možné přát. Jak na Metro, tak i na tramvaj 5 minut chůze, v okolí dostatek obchodu jako je Billa nebo Lidl a také různych specialit, pekařství, kaváren cukráren a podobně. Co bylo vůbec nejlepší, to je výhled z okna na Hradčany či perfektně vybaveného balkonu. Moc se nám v bytě líbilo a my doufáme, že i on byl s námi jako s nájemníky spokojen. Určitě bychom se u něj rádi ubytovali příští rok zase.

The Flat is fine, large and comfortable fully furnished. The location is perfect near the center by walking with available excellent transport connected with the city to anywhere. But there are certain few dislikes for example:
1. The air conditioning was not working in the flat and it was very hot during the summer time June - August, even if you open the windows there is no air flow inside, so the flat is very hot.
2. Very noisy if you try to sleep in one of the rooms facing the street side, especially when it is very hot and open the windows, and the air conditioning not working. It will be difficult to sleep at night, because you will hear the sound of cars, trams, police and ambulance siren, Music club and drunk people yelling and shouting outside.
3. There is no window in the kitchen can be opened, which is nailed closed can not be open, and there is no exhaust hood. So if you cook something, it will be all over the house inside. (Strange there are windows can be open on the same side from the hall corridor, WC and the living room except for the kitchen)
4. There are no Satellite TV programs or Cable TV foreign channels, only the Czech basic program channels.

Majitelka moc prijemna, napomocna a ochotna. Byt a zarizeni je stylove vcetne nadhernych gobelinu na stenach. Kuchyn skvela na vareni. V byte pracka. Jen v byte bylo horko, ale pani hned donesla velky fen!!! Za mne doporucuji.

The flat is lovely and the neighborhood is safe with lots to do and good access to public transport. Being near the park was wonderful. My landlord was helpful and responsive.

nice and cozy apartment... It is close to markets, kino and more importantly to public transportation. It is not in the heart of the city but you experience living in a local neighborhood and you have easy access to the center! Also, it was really safe. I did not feel nervous when I was walking alone at night for instance. It is not very cheap but totally worth it. It felt like home :)

Отличный отдых! Петре большое спасибо за гостеприимство. Удобное расположение квартиры. До метро 10 минут пешком, до трамвая 5 мин. Останавливались на 16 дней, изучили окрестности - в шаговой доступности 3 ресторана, рядом с домом бар, работает до 5 утра. 3 небольших продуктовых магазинчика тут же. Цены не намного выше, чем в Tesco. Отдых удался. Если снова в Прагу, то к Петре.

Skvelý byt, priestranný a pohodlný. Najlepšia turistická lokalita aká môže byť. Je to blízko vsade, dobré spojenie elektrickou alebo autobusom, trolejbusom do všetkých častí. Ulica je rusná, pod bytom je kaviareň.
