Great stay, kind and responsive landlady

We stayed in the apartment for several months and had a very positive experience overall. The landlady was always kind, professional, and easy to communicate with. Any questions or small issues we had were quickly addressed, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.

The apartment itself was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped, and in a great location.

We’re only moving because we found a larger place better suited for our growing family, but we would happily recommend both the apartment and the landlady to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.

Abris is a great host, attentive and always ready to do what is necessary so that everything goes as well as possible. The apartment itself is fantastic, very well thought out and equipped. It is very well located and very quiet. I highly recommend!

Great apartment-everything was clean, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The living room has a large work table with a nice view of the river. Isabel is a very helpful host and easy to communicate with.

Everything was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful and spacious located very close to the Mall of Split. A supermarket and a bakery are even closer. The owner is very nice and provides all the information needed. I had a great stay in this apartment and it would be great to return.

The apartment is great, and Dominika was very friendly and responsive. I had a great stay there for 10 months. The flat is bright and has all the amenities. Though the sun never shines directly inside, as the windows face a backyard surrounded by buildings. Sometimes there was noise from the neighbors and construction, but the neighbors can cooperate if you talk to them. The biggest downside was that the apartment is very cold as it faces south and is in a stone wall building. While that is great in summer and no AC is needed, it’s not very nice during winter as it is always too cold, despite having two heaters. However, overall, the flat is great, big, and cozy. The neighborhood is awesome, close to everything. Petrín hills and Kampa Park are right there. I loved staying at Dominika’s place and I’d happily come back if I get the chance :)

I recommand this flat at 10000% !!!
Flat is perfect, fully furnished, in an amazing neighborhood. Good wifi connexion for remote work.

The bed/ mattress is very confy. You will find everything you need to cook, change towels, bed sheets, clean etc.

The flat is in perfect shape. The building is quiet. The view on the courtyard and the access to this courtyard that is like a garden is absolutely awesome.

The neighborhood is my favorite with plenty of stores be it for food or fashion, many museums and theaters (Výstaviště is so close), many restaurants and bars, and surrounded by 2 amazing parks. Connection is perfect with trams stop at 3 min by walk + metro station also close.

Last but not least, the landlords are extremely kind, reactive and available if needed.

This is a really nice apartment, my girlfriend and I stayed here about two months and really enjoyed our time here. The place is laid out well and feels more spacious than seems in the photos. It's well-lit with full large glass doors and has full black-out shades as well for at night. We also enjoyed the spacious patio. Kitchen is fully equipped for long stays and having the dishwasher / laundry machine was awesome. Gonçalo is very helpful and was quick to respond to any questions. We didn't get to meet Gonçalo in person but we met his parents who checked us in and out - lovely people. I highly recommend this apartment and we wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks again!

The apartment is located in a wonderful area with parks and playgrounds . It is comfortable and has all the equipment you need . It has a wonderful view. Metro and tram is 1 minute far. Also Borislavka mall is near to the house. Dana and her husband are very kind , cooperative and helpful persons . She provided us all we needed about the apartment and gave us advises about the area . She respondes instantly and she is respectful. I definitely recommend this apartment .

The apartment is quite spacious and even cozier than it looks in the photos. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by forests and parks, with relatively easy access to the center of Prague. From the very first day, Mrs. Pavla made me feel at home—she was helpful, extremely discreet, and always willing to assist. I will definitely choose this place again when I visit Prague!

Great house at unbeatble location. Amazing workspace with a beautiful view. You can watch a sunset right though the window. Very good internet connection. Kitchen has everything you'd need. The landlord is very helpful and kind.
Some downsides would be that it's a bit old and not very clean. Lack of toilet paper and trash can bags surprised us. And the only room with doors is a passthrough room.

The apartment is really nice, equipped with all the necessary items.

Easy public transport. There are two bus stations next to the apartment. Palmovoka is just two stations away by bus from the apartment. Palmovoka is a Hub for Bus, tram, metro from where you can go other place easily.

The owner and his wife are really nice and helpful person, can speak English really well.

There are two indian restaurant next two the apartment. One asian restaurant. Small Groceries also available. There is a big shopping mall just two station away from the apartment where you can find almost anything.

Only drawback of this apartment is lift. After entering from the main entrance, you need to use stair of half floor to take lift.

My living experience was 10/10.
