The best thing about this apartment is the host, Lukas. He is a wonderful person, easy to communicate with, and always available if there is an issue or a question. I felt that he really cared that I would have a good experience there, and I deeply appreciate it. The apartment is comfortable and has everything a person needs for their stay. Its location is great: it is close to the city center and the places where expats meet, and it is also within short walking distance to public transport (tram, bus), supermarkets, bars, etc. The only issue I had was that after a few months, the upstairs tenants changed and started making noises. This situation has greatly improved in recent months, so it may not affect you at all by now (especially if you arrive for a short time). However, if you are sensitive to noises from above, have light sleep, or need to concentrate well on your work, then this may be something to consider.

This is a great place and the owner is very accommodating and did everything to make my stay unforgettable. Thank you very much

The flat was really nice, I really liked my stay here. It is very convinient location, near shop and tram stop, and very calm usually. The owner has problem with on time replies. They never show up to do the last check up before my leave too !! They made me wait from 3pm to 8pm without anwsers and never actually told me they will never come. They also forget to tell me that a repare person would show up. This is not normal and I don't think that's normal. If I was not inside the flat, I would have never know that someone did enter without me knowing. Overall, the place is nice, the tenant is less.

The location is fantastic--close to the beach, to the city, and with all the conveniences nearby. The apartment is very comfortable, very well maintained, and very nice for both short-term and long-term stays. Nancy is an amazing host—she was quick to respond to all our inquiries and went out of her way to make sure our stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended!!!

The unit is in a great location, very close to everything near Széll Kálmán tér. The apartment is quite modern, with a working microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator. I also had no issues with the bathroom, which had ample hot water. The street is quite quiet, especially considering its proximity to quite urban neighborhoods. The neighbors also seemed kind and mostly kept noise to a minimum.

Very good in all aspects.

The flat is quite small, really, so if you plan on staying for long it may be a bit demanding for more than one person. Location is quite good, anything you may need is nearby. Safety-wise it's good as well (just barely outside the city centre). We did have an issue with flat being humid, but the owners quick reaction after our demand solved the problem.

The apartment is located in a good area of ​​Prague for public transport, having nearby tram stops (Ruska stop) and bus stops (Rimska). The apartment itself is spacious, however since we were 4 students we had to ask for separate beds. The dishes and cutlery were adequate for the number of tenants in the apartment and the price divided into 4 was acceptable, however we had problems with a broken door handle and the heating that did not start. After our complaints a technician arrived who did not solve the problem because he was probably not up to par. We started the boiler ourselves using ChatGPT and the handle was replaced in the end. Another flaw is the presence of a bathroom that is accessed through one of the two bedrooms, so it was difficult to access the shower, washing machine and the only mirror in the house if there was someone sleeping. Furthermore, the heating worked, however the apartment is not very energy efficient as I assume many buildings in Prague are. Finally, regarding the 15% limit on utilities: it makes sense to avoid waste, however in my opinion it would be better to advise (in the case of long-term rentals) for example monthly how much has been spent on utilities compared to the limit set. We did not find a clothes horse but we had to buy it at IKEA, so in my opinion it should be put in the apartment. The apartment is livable for Erasmus students since their period varies from 3 to 6 months. Overall, hearing from other Erasmus students, we had a good accommodation.
