Always responsive are kind host, the flat is as on the pictures, tastefully furnished, good location. A definite recommend.

Very good place to stay

The apartment was neat and cozy, with excellent location. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Very nice stay overall, hope to go back someday.

The flat has an incredibly underrated green view that persists even through the mildly cold winter and the coziness of the apartment made us even re-think of how we could improve our own apartment back home. The roomba and the mop with the in-built cleaning tank make for easy maintenance. Although the fridge may appear small, it fits a week's worth of groceries + other extras. No complaints about any of the other existing amenities - we personally bought only a desk from IKEA to accommodate our computers and some lamps to compliment the plants on the windowsill of the living room. Anna herself has an amazing response time and is incredibly helpful. We were really fortunate to have her rent this apartment to us as she was happy to accommodate us arriving 2 days earlier than expected and us leaving a night before our last day all while occasionally checking up on us via Flatio and SMS all throughout our 3 month stay (:

El apartamento cuenta con una ubicación perfecta. Queda cerca tanto del centro como del INL y la Universidade do Minho para poder ir andando. Asimismo también está muy próximo al centro comercial Braga Parque y es bastante sencillo aparcar en la puerta de casa. Cuenta con todos los servicios y utensilios básicos para hacer la estancia lo más cómoda posible, además de que el trato con el casero fue inmejorable. Ante cualquier pequeño problema que pudiéramos tener reaccionaba rápido y hacia lo que estuviera en su mano para solucionarlo. Muy recomendado.

Zuzana is a kind and polite landlord. I always prefer to stay in her apartment, and I will definitely do so again next time! I 100% recommend her!

The apartment is in a great location, although lots of construction work in the daytime currently, so I recommend keeping the windows closed if you're working, or using headphones. The space is plenty for one person long-term. I think for 2 people it may feel too small, though would be perfect for a short trip. The shower is fantastic, warm and great pressure. Kitchen is well equipped for anyone who enjoys cooking, though the oven is not installed, just the stove. Apartment is on the top floor, something to be aware of, although I didn't mind this at all. Claudia is friendly, helpful and responsive. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

I stayed 3 months in this apartment and it was perfect. There's everything you need in it with a great style and its also close to the center and shops.

Bohdan was a very kind and gracious host, very reachable whenever anything was needed and happy to help. The apartment was in good condition and was sufficient for my 2.5 month stay, quite a decent size for a studio apartment too. I loved that there was a balcony as well. The kitchen appliances and shower were modern and in good condition, and the heating worked well so the apartment was pleasantly warm for cold weather. Please note however, that it is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, so anyone with movement disabilities take note. For me this was fine, however. The neighborhood was absolutely wonderful, I loved living there, with many cafes, coffee shops, bars, salons, and restaurants nearby. The cinema around the corner was excellent—you couldn't ask for a better neighborhood. It was also very close to the city center, 25 minutes total travel time, with a tram stop right up the street and many other tram connections nearby for any direction of travel needed. The train station Vršovice is 10 mins away as well. I was happy with my stay and was grateful for such a nice place to call home during my time in Prague, and hope I can return again soon.

Very nice, quiet, comfortable apartment. It has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect, a popular area, yet very quiet and safe, you can find everything in a walking distance. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The best place I have found during my travels, I hope to have the opportunity to return soon.

I stayed for three months and it was a good experience. If you do not mind being a bit far from the city center (30 min by tram) this is a great deal for you. The tram is 4 min. walking from the apartment. It is located in a residential zone (Bila hora) which is quiet and nice. Lidl is 15 min. walking or you can take a bus and it is 2 stops away. Towels and bedsheets are provided and the bedroom is always at the right temperature (I stayed in wintertime and it was not cold). If any problem came up Ondrej was always there to fix it.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It features a cozy living room combined with a kitchen, a separate bedroom with a comfortable 160 cm wide bed and a large wardrobe, plus an additional dark (windowless) room with a bunk bed. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and a large fridge. There’s also a work desk and a comfortable sofa, making it a very functional space. The apartment is on the ground floor, but the windows are at the height of a first floor, overlooking a hill with lots of trees and greenery and a one private house, but the area is very quiet. The street is a cul-de-sac, so there’s minimal car traffic. Looking left from the windows, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean! The sun only reaches the apartment in the late evening during sunset, so the place stays cool enough even on hot days without air conditioning. And there are usually free parking spots available not far from the house. The landlord was always reachable and responded promptly to any requests, which made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend this place for a quiet and comfortable stay!

A lovely warm apartment, It was important to us because we rented it in the winter. Despite the fact that the apartment is located in the center, it was quiet and the windows overlooked the park. It is equipped with all necessary household appliances and dishes. I would love to come back again.

Tout a été parfait. Appartement proche de tout le nécessaire, très lumineux, spacieux et avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter. Le propriétaire a été très réactif au moindre problème et a toujours été arrangeant lorsque cela était nécessaire. Merci pour ce séjour.

The apartment is very well equipped, from the kitchen utensils to functional items. It is a comfortable apartment and has lots of space for storage. Communication with Tereza was always fast. She is a great and helpful landlord!

The price-quality ratio is optimal. This housing solution is in the middle of a bustling intersection with different options for public transport, it's very close to universities, supermarkets and restaurants of various kind. The house itself has everything you might want or need and more, however the lack of natural light coming in and the fact some furniture are quite old can be frustrating. It's an experience I would overall recommend.

The apartment has everything needed and is very comfortable. The owner is lovely and was there for any question we had.

Byt je kompletne zariadený, je tam všetko potrebné na krátkodobý aj dlhodobý pobyt. Majiteľ má veľmi dobrý ľudský prístup, určite odporúčam.
