The location is very central. You are in beautiful Praça da Figueira in a two minutes walk.
Sandra is very attentive and has thought of everything you may need. I even found needle and thread to sew on a button! There are all the usual items but also extra batteries, safety pins, games, detergent and softener for laundry, basic ingredients like coffee, olive oil, vinaigre, pepper and more, a well-equipped kitchen etc.
The decorations are beautiful and the plants real. On the other hand, it is near an area where street people gather. Even with the double-pain windows shut, the noise bothered me. There are many other tourists around and I felt totally safe. Sandra was very helpful and notified the police or someone and the noise diminished a lot.

Vert good location, great view and awesome owner !

The location is excellent. The apartment is in the attic and the ceiling is low. I hit my head several times. After a few hits I rearranged the desk and the cloths rack to fit my size.
The staff were very polite and kept the apartment neat.

Amazing modern apartment to stay for two months. with all the things you need! right in the city centre and great communication with host. Was great

Nice house

Diana é uma excelente anfitriã, muito atenciosa e simpática! Muito obrigado pela estadia! O apartamento corresponde à descrição e às fotos.

Great apartment, great landlord. The landlord was always responsive and pleasant to deal with. I would certainly stay here again.

The flat was clean, well equipped, in a great location and very quiet. The owner was very quick to respond when needed. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great - the communication, apartment and location. Highly recommend

First of all, the studio is gorgeous and very private with its own entrance. It is separate from the rest of the building and you will feel like it is your own space. I stayed for a month and it has everything you will need for a long stay. Maria was such a friendly, attentive, and gracious host. I was in the process of apartment hunting for a permanent move to Portugal, and she even helped me with that by getting in touch with local real estate agents she knows. Whatever I needed, I knew that I could ask her for it.

I would highly recommend staying here if it's available.

A estadia foi ótima! Apartamento lindo, igual à descrição, gostamos muito e voltaríamos a ficar :)

Great and bright apartment with loads of morning sun (bring a sleep mask if you're not used to it). Spacious and open, nicely renovated and equipped.
Location is quite calm for a district that close to city center but public transport is in walking distance. Loads of coffee places and restaurants close by, perfect for a home-office working day among people.

The host Janka is very nice and quick to respond. Helpful and chill, very easy-going.

Had a great stay and would come back in future.

I have been very comfortable during my 3-month stay

Arsan was always available and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. Communication was consistently friendly and polite — we really appreciated that! We felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
The apartment was well laid out and very well equipped. The workspace was excellent, with practical desks and a comfortable setup. We also really enjoyed the lovely little terrace — perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Would definitely recommend! :)

Lucie was very kind and always available, the apartment is very nice and bright. Very recommended!

It is a really beautiful and spacious flat in a perfect location, close to everything and equipped in all appliances. I would really recommend it:)

He was very helpful and friendly.

Spacious balcony, quiet residential location, pool for summer time. Great host to communicate with.

Thanks Alina for the hospitality and for all your kindness.

I highly recommend this Apartment.

Great and large apartment for a family. Comfortable kitchen with everything you need: we often cooked. The location is great: near the park, museum, cafe, beach and bus stops. Thanks to the hostess for her help with everything. I recommend it for a long stay.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, thanks to an amazing host who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we booked, the host responded quickly to all our questions, making us feel completely at ease.
We did encounter a minor issue with the stove, but the host's responsiveness was incredible; a brand new one was replaced within a day! This level of attentiveness truly made a difference.
The place itself was impeccably clean, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. Waking up to the early morning birds chirping and the gentle sound of flowing water created such a refreshing and peaceful start to each day. It was the perfect way to feel rejuvenated after a good night's sleep.
We can't recommend this host and their beautiful place enough!

We had a lovely time, the place really feels like home! The apartment is a cozy gem in the best area of Budapest :)

The apartment is located on a nice, peaceful street with beautiful historic buildings, yet everything you would need is a few minutes away, grocery stores, cafés, public transport, the parliament...

The decor is lovely, the apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. Internet is fast and reliable.
I liked the courtyard view as it was quiet, and as the apartment is on the top floor, the place was still bright enough.

Check-in was smooth, Orsolya is a very nice person and it was easy to communicate with her, whenever we needed to.

Lovely stay , nice host and super helpful. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!

The apartment is well-equipped for long and short stays, and beautifully updated. The comfortable space met our needs as remote workers, with an adequate and (mostly) stable WiFi signal. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and assisted quickly whenever necessary. Within walking distance of the metro line, it was easy to get around the city. Plenty of restaurant and grocery options nearby. We would absolutely recommend the apartment.
