I truly recommend staying at this apartment! My experience there was wonderful. The apartment is well furnished and has everything you might need for a comfortable long stay. Its cosy interior decor made the stay even better. Ivana was always very kind and helpful! The neighbourhood is peaceful and charming, with many cosy cafes and brunch spots just around the corner.

I really enjoyed my stay at Andrea’s apartment. It was cozy, very clean, and exactly as described, with a beautiful view of the football stadium. Andrea was a great host – very communicative, quick to respond, and always helpful with recommendations and tips for the neighborhood. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Prague.

Absolutely fabulous place inside and outside. All home appliances are there, even at first look it might look minimalistic, result is that you can cook or bake whatever you want. Same works with washing, ironing ....etc. Absolutely top notch reconstruction with all home technic you could ask for. Trams, parks, restaurants, coffee, bars all in 1 min walk distance. And Michaela is absolute jewel. Kind, friendly, helpful as she would be your own traveling therapist:)

Katila was attentive, easy to communicate with, and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. The flat is lovely, the plants are a nice touch, and multiple bus stops are within walking distance. Would come back!

Welcoming and helpful host. Clean apartment with well equipped kitchen. No AC but very well insulated and very large new windows that made cooling off the apartment at night and then keeping it cool during the day possible even on fairly hot days in August. Good location. Multiple buses very near and a metro stop a little bit longer walk. Bakeries, grocery stores, very good restaurants, pharmacy, etc all within just a few blocks. Overall, the apartment was comfortable for an extended stay. The hostess was the highlight. She was responsive and very helpful. I would stay again.

The room was clean, cozy, and peaceful. Everything worked well, and the tram stop was just nearby, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

It is a terrific — one of a kind place. I think one of the best in Budapest. Lovely terrace, plenty of space and comfort. Lots of spaces to work and relax. The tree garden up on the roof is a marvel. The owners are a delight and very engaged/helpful/friendly. We stayed for nearly 3 months!!! And would gladly stay longer!

Loved the space, the surrounding nature, and the overall peacefulness of the stay. Our hosts, Dominik and Jhelisa, were incredible, super flexible, kind, and always ready to help in the most varied ways.

To be aware of:
- The listing is not entirely accurate. There is no balcony, there is no oven (there is an airfryer and microwave), it says regular cleaning service is included in the rent but the owner asked me to pay an extra 30 euros a week for this (after a bit of an awkward conversation, she agreed not to charge me).
- the list of rules given when I arrived says "no guests".

HOST'S REPLY:

1. The windows are very tall and have a “varandim” which is a typical Portuguese architecture feature that enables a window to have full body access. It translates as “balcony” in English. It maybe misleading for an English speaking person.
2. The appliance is both an Oven and a Microwave as per the manufacturers instructions which may be found in the premises.
3. The contribution to the cleaner is optional and it is communicated as such to the guests.
4. As far as extra guests, we always do the courtesy of providing extra towels should the guest ask for it.
5. We pride ourselves of the utmost, transparent and friendly communication with our guests.

Very nice apartment and location. Old town and main business area are walkable distance away. Host is very supportive and helpfull. Has a parking underground. Apartment is very comfortable and modern.

The accomadation is nice, well kept, and affordable. The host has ben very accomadating and responsive. The town and area are lively and beautiful. I can highly recommend this posting.

The apartment was absolutely lovely — very clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The terrace was definitely one of the highlights, with a breathtaking view of Prague Castle and Petřín.

Our communication with Dita was fantastic from start to finish. She was always quick to respond, very helpful, and willing to find a solution whenever we needed anything.

Great host, he did everything I need and always available if needed

The place is great and has pretty much every amenity you could need for a comfortable stay. Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived, and we had a smooth and pleasant experience throughout our stay. My wife and I stayed here for around 40 days, and the location was also excellent, with easy access to public transportation that allowed us to get pretty much anywhere.

A special shoutout to Aliz, who was a wonderful host. She was incredibly kind and helpful and made sure everything went smoothly, especially during check-in and check-out. Honestly, she was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had.

One thing to be aware of is that there are stairs to climb to reach the apartment, so this may be challenging for guests with mobility issues or special accessibility needs. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Amazing location—near the train station, several popular parks, and a vast variety of restaurants. It is easily a 30-min walkable distance from Old Town. The studio was clean and came with everything you needed for a longer stay. Natalie is a quick responder and was helpful in every interaction!
