Nice apartment, equipped with mostly everything you would need for short/midterm stay. Communication with Dominika went very smoothly.

We are from the US and stayed here for 5 weeks with our 2 little boys, ages 3 and 4. The apartment is old and beautiful with tons of personality. The location is unbeatable. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. However, communication with the landlord was very poor and slow (if he even responded). Additionally, the amenities provided were severely lacking. All of the dining chairs were broken, glass coffee pot completely cracked, and the couch severely stained with almost broken arms. There were no extra sheets or towels, and there were no flat sheets (top sheets) provided. So we slept directly under a duvet with a cover. After we got the AC working (took a week to get the landlord to have someone come fix it, despite asking several times and being told several times it was scheduled but no one came), it worked very well, except in the dining area where it never worked. Amazing natural light, but there were no curtains or rugs to soak up the noise. More than half of the pots and pans were unusable because they didn't work on the convection stove. And the washing machine started leaking large quantities of water the last week we were there. Again, we were told many days in a row that it would be fixed, but it never was (big issue if you don't have extra towels). We ended up buying rugs, towels, sheets, shower mat, and floor bath mat as well as other necessities to make the apartment quieter and darker for sleeping. The vacuum cleaner didn't work well at all. So I ended up sweeping daily instead. There's no railing on the steps up to the loft or in the loft itself, which we knew before we got there. But we have toddlers, so that space was entirely unusable for us. There were other small things that added up, but we just dealt with them. Overall, I recommend this apartment and would stay here again because it's structurally good and in the best area for feeling safe, getting places, and having all things you want or need close by. Just know that if you need something fixed, it probably won't happen without a lot of follow-up and diligence on your part. And you may have to make a big IKEA run on your own dime to get the basic amenities you need.

We stayed a month here and were absolutely delighted with the apartment and location. it’s exactly as pictured on flatio. Located 5 mons from shops and only 2 mins from great pubs and restaurants. Měli jsme trochu smůlu, že zrovna dva týdny našeho pobytu probíhala rekonstrukce fasády, což bylo trochu hlučnější a prašné. Jako kompenzaci jsme dostali poslední noc zdarma. Byt je moc příjemný, všechno bylo funkční, bydlelo se nám v něm krásně.

I recently stayed at this fantastic rental flat and had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—central and conveniently close to beautiful parks, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors. The flat itself is impressive, spread over two floors with a spacious, well-equipped kitchen that made cooking a pleasure. Everything was spotlessly clean. Tereza and Jesus were excellent with communication, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Kicsi, komfortos lakas, ahol gyonyoru patika rend es tisztasag fogadott. Csendes, jo kornyek, a szomszedok is csendesek. Rogton az epulet mellett ketto nagyon jo pekseg is van, boltok, bevasarlokozpont, piac, villamos, metro is csak nehany perc setara talalhato. A legkondiert plusz csillag jar. A berbeado nagyon kedves, mindig elerheto, mindenre keszsegesen valaszol. Batran ajanlom mindenkinek!

My friend and I rented this apartment for our semester abroad in Budapest from February to early June, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, with a fantastic central location that made everything easily accessible. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we always felt secure during our stay. One of the highlights was the proximity to Metro Line 3, which is just a short walk away. This made getting around the city incredibly convenient, and we were able to reach the Danube and the city center in no time. The apartment itself was wonderful, especially the two balconies where we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. The space was exactly as described and truly felt like a home away from home. Our landlord, István, was fantastic. He was incredibly kind and always available via WhatsApp if we had any questions or needed assistance. His responsiveness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved our time in this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Budapest, this is it.

We have rented this apartment twice already, and each time is was cleaned so well, it felt like we were the first people living there. The apartment is very warm in the winter, which is quite unique in Prague, and has a nice breeze in the summer. The neighbourhood is very nice as well, and it only takes a 10-15 minute tram ride to get to the Old Town. Janka is very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We are very greatful to have had the opportunity to stay at her apartment.
