Wonderful apartment in the heart of Budapest. Located very close to one of the main spots of Budapest ( 8 min to Astoria by foot).
The overall connectivity was fantastic, due to the Tram and Metro stations nearby.
The apartment itself was surprisingly big and very quite. The kitchen was quite rudimentary, but everything worked well.
All in all was I really happy with the apartment and spending my Erasmus there.

Casa33 is a lovely, charming house. We could find everything we needed in the house, from kitchen supplies to a Ioga mat. João is a very accessible person, always avaiable for any questions.

The flat is located in a very conveniente spot of the city, close to one of the busiest transport stations (IP Pavlova). We had an ideal stay in this four months, with great availability from Bianka to solve all our problems. The apartments was clean and functional, all utilities we needed were included

For three months, we lived in this cozy place - my girlfriend, our dog, and I are completely satisfied with the apartment. It exceeded all our expectations! Both of us work as programmers, so it was important to have comfortable working conditions. Luis arranged an excellent workspace with two desks and fast internet. I especially want to emphasize that Luis and his family are some of the most hospitable and pleasant people I've ever met! Throughout these three months, we felt at home. Next time we visit Madeira, we will definitely return here!

Diana is a fabulous host. When I was freezing to death she was kind enough to have an electric heater and extra duvet delivered to my door. She went out of her way to give me advice on things like good places to eat. Highly recommend Diana and her place!

Eduardo is a great landlord. He was extremely helpful and extremely responsive and I have nothing but praise for him.
The house itself is also very nice, with a nice kitchen with lots of pots and other cooking utensils. The common area has a nice big TV, nice couch, and nice dining table to eat and study. The internet speed was fast.

I spent my first month in Lisbon here and it was the right decision. The neighborhood is very convenient, everything I needed was nearby. Also, the roommates are very nice people.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. The building and the apartment was clean. The property management team was good with responding to some issues we had with an appliance. They were also very accommodating with checkin and checkout times. Really, I thought they were great. I was a bit surprised, however, when I received an email 2 weeks after we checked out saying there were hair product stains on the bedding and they wanted us to pay for it. We never used any hair products or cause any stains and I didn’t like being accused of this. They should come at checkin and checkout to verify the condition.

Rui was an exceptional host, supporting every need I had and responding almost instantly. He was constantly asking if everything was ok and if I had any wishes he could fulfill to improve my experience in the apartment. Therefore, I can recommend his apartment for everyone looking for a short-term rent.
