Our family stayed in the apartment for 4 months. It was clean and cozy. The building and street were quiet, the neighborhood felt very safe; we could hear the tram and buses early in the morning with the window open but it was background noise we quickly got used to. The location was very convenient, with tram (#9) and several bus stops nearby. The connections were easy and offered a mix of city and nature. Travel to the beautiful city center on the #9 was ~10 min. End of the line on buses #55 & #58 offered nature and wonderful hikes/walks. Jan was very responsive and helpful; a great landlord. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and Brno.

The expectations of the flat were met one hundred per cent. Remote working is possible due to the good internet. Daily cooking in the well-equipped kitchen is possible. Communication with the host ran smoothly at a very high level.

S paní naprostá spokojenost. Spolupráce na jedničku!:)

Byt je velmi hezký a najdete tam vše, co potřebujete.

Lokalita taky super, poblíž obchody, kavárny, tramvajové zastávky, ale zároveň klidná lokalita.

Za mě naprostá spokojenost a mohu jenom doporučit!

This is a cool apartment, spacious and with gorgeous terrace.
Good location, in a 5 minutes Lidl and public transport, safe neighborhood. This place good for digital nomads, 1 dedicated workings space (table) and big dinning table. Cozy atmosphere, all devices are working. Great thanks to host, she is very welcoming and super fast when we needed help.
Downside was that its 2 beds , not 1 big. We didn't noticed it on photo. It's not bad, just our preference. It is a common thin in Europe to have beds like this.

João was extremely accommodating, responding and staying online even on Christmas day! The place is right in the center of Lisbon, very easy and quick access to the metro, trams, and buses. Main shops and restaurants are also right round the corner. We stayed there over New Years and it was very soundproof, did not hear much from the main street at all! We could not recommend this place more!

The apartment was exactly as described and shown on the Flatio website. I was met on arrival and the communication was great, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again.

The flat is ideal for people who like studio apartments. Its “smart” element makes it a fun and unique living experience: the light and the entertainment system are all voice-controlled. You can watch Netflix on a huge screen projected onto the wall, it was quite fun.

The host was amazing, every time I raised an issue he responded quickly and fixed the problem on the day. He made me feel like I was being looked after.

Traumhaft schöne und stylish eingerichtete Wohnung. Trotz der zentralen Lage im 5. Bezirk ist es sehr ruhig. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt.

The apartment is very well located, moreover it is bright perhaps it is missing some equipment for the kitchen but it has everything essential to live there properly in the long term. Balint is very nice, always there if you need help or something.
