A lovely newly renovated apartment a short walking distance from the beach. There is adequate space in the apartment especially in the living rooms d the balcony is a good size. Dealing with the landlord was excellent, very professional and flexible.

I was very satisfied with the apartment and the overall experience. The owner was on hand when needed to answer any questions and clearly explained how everything worked on arrival, as access to the building and apartment is via card entry. It's very much a hotel room with kitchen facilities. Everything is clean and modern and the weekly housekeeping is a great touch. Highly recommend the apartment.

Luisa’s apartment is everything you need in a vacation home located in the loveliest part of Funchal. Only thing we could have asked for was better pots and pans in the kitchen, but that is because we love making food. I’m sure this is enough for most people. Luisa was very easy to get in contact with and always helpful. Would definitely go back!

Incredible energy was emanate from this home as I can’t call it just rental apartment. Lovely vibe of the islands, so green, so peaceful. We wish we could stay there way longer as just sitting on a coach there was magical and crating date nights thank to fully equipped kitchen. Cooperation with Anna was smooth and she cared a lot. One of the best stay in the whole life

It was an amazing months spent in Madeira, with the best view of the ocean and sunset every day! The house is incredibly cozy. Every inch of the house has been thoughtfully designed. We found everything needed for everyday life: dishes, appliances, home textiles, etc. The town is small but beautiful. There are several hiking trails nearby, as well as gardens with bananas, mangoes and other fruits. Alex is just the best landlord! It was a pleasure to be your guest. Thank you for the hospitality! We would be happy to stay at the house again, it felt like a real home to us.

That's a nice apartment. It's located in the center of Thessaloniki with lots of cafes, shops, and supermarkets around. Besides that, there's a nice view from the windows. Nektarios and Eleni have been very responsive and great hosts.

Victor is a very friendly and helpful landlord and is fast and clear with his communication. The apartment is located in an upcoming area with lots of cool bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. The other people in the housing were very social and I always felt very safe during my stay. It's great that the city centre is only a 20-minute walk and there's a metro station around the corner.

Absolutely 10 out of 10! The hosts were incredibly responsive, and their home is stunning — loved the big windows, huge living room, and roomy kitchen. The thoughtful goodies they left were a delightful touch. Being pet-friendly was a huge plus, and the dedicated workspace with blazing-fast internet was a dream for my online work. Its proximity to the town and a nearby supermarket was perfect for our needs—truly an outstanding stay. I 100% recommend it.

This is a lovely country house, though the furniture is a bit worn. The property comes with a pool, which is cleaned by a staff member every week, so you can relax without worrying about anything until the owner shows up two days before the end of the contract. You may want to extend the contract, but be prepared for the owner to claim that you've consumed excessive electricity, water, and gas: Electricity: The owner calculates the meter readings for two months as if it were only one. Water: During my stay, there were only 17 days without recorded data. The owner assumes I was using 6 cubic meters of water per day, even though the rest of the time (when there are recorded readings), I used a maximum of 2.2 cubic meters of water per day, including automated lawn irrigation (which, by my estimation, is about 0.8 cubic meters per day). Gas: The house is equipped with gas cylinders delivered by the owner's staff. It's impossible to verify the amount of gas in these cylinders, as there are no receipts or confirmation of the owner's claimed volume. Without providing any evidence, the owner will start demanding a bribe outside of Flatio. If you suggest checking the meters and calculating expenses, the owner will refuse and claim that he knows better. In the end, on the last day of the lease, you'll have the choice of either paying a bribe equal to half the rent (900 euros) or looking for a new place to stay with your suitcase and child. If you mention that the contract includes utilities within 15% of the rent, you'll be told that the owner also includes maintenance of the property, such as staff and so on, in the utility bills. After two days of negotiations about the situation, I concluded that there was no overuse of utilities on my part. I offered to pay 50% of the cost of the specialist who checked the gas system, as the owner suspected my gas cylinder consumption (whether they were filled to 100% is unknown). If anyone intends to visit this place, there are several things you must do: Have an alternative place to live to avoid my situation, ALWAYS take photos of the meters and ask the agent to include these details in the contract, buy gas at gas stations and record your consumption daily.

Wir haben uns bei Ana sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung haben wir so vorgefunden wir beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und vollständig eingerichtet. Ana ist sehr freundlich und besonders hilfsbereit. Sie ist sehr darum bemüht, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Das Einchecken erfolgt persönlich und man wird sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, nächstes Jahr hier ein paar Wochen zu verbringen.

Doporučuji, naprostá spokojenost. Byt je moderní a pěkně vymyšlený. Lokalita je jen pár minut od centra města Brna, v okolí restaurace, obchody. Velký bonus je dostupná terasa (společná jen pro několik bytů) s výhledem na centrum Brna, kde si člověk vychutná šálek kávy. Komunikace byla skvělá od začátku až do konce. Přijemní majitelé.
