Wonderful apartment is super location! We stayed 3 months!The owner has done a fantastic job of decorating the apartment with style and functionality. The unit is large for a 1 bedroom and has a nice size bathroom and kitchen. The lovely balcony overlooks the tree lined street and makes for a sunny spot i the mornings to have a coffee. The apartment has electric shade which provide very nice shade and privacy as needed and easy to operate. Being up the hill a little bit from center allows for cool breezes and just out of the busy downtown area. It is an easy 16 minute walk down hill to the center of town and we walked everyday. The apartment has been completely remodeled and is brand new. All the appliances and dishes, etc you could need/want. There is a local football field across the street, so you may hear the kids playing occasionally, but we enjoyed seeing the teams and feeling a part of the neighborhood. Within 4 block as are a nice grocery store, a cafe, a gas station, car wash and every service we needed. If you walk down the hill, there is a huge grocery store, a farmers market 3 days a week and downtown restaurants, shopping. Parking is all around the property for free, if you have a car. You can also walk the “vinho trail”to town which is fun and easy. Wonderful landlords and just a very nice place to stay.

Modern and comfortable flat in an upgraded apartment building with a wonderful view of the Ponte 25 de Abril bridge. Close to beaches, metro, stores, a pharmacy and gas station. Parking is a little tough in this neighborhood. Excellent public transportation and quick pick up times for uber/bolt. Ursula and Stefan were great hosts and provided excellent assistance and local recommendations for restaurants. Obrigada Ursula and Stefan!

Jose was a wonderful and accommodating host. The flat was very comfortable and had all needed amenities. Smart TV, dishwasher, full size fridge and oven were a bonus. Excellent high speed internet, was able to work remotely with no issues. Perfect location, close to restaurants, bus and metro lines. Two nearby grocery stores, gas station and a pharmacy. Bus line to a nearby mall (Oeiras Parque) with a great variety of restaurants/stores and a hyper market. Short walk to the beach made this the perfect location for us beachgoers wanting to not be in the city. Short metro ride away to neighboring beaches, Carcavelos and Cascais. Obrigada Jose!

Sandra was an excellent landlord. I stayed in the apartment for 1 month and her and her husband couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and there were fresh bedsheets and towels for my stay. She was easily contactable and returned my deposit very quickly after I moved out. I would highly recommend her.

We loved the centrality, cosiness, spaciousness and variety the apartment offered. There was everything that one needed. The communication with the owner was one of the best I have ever had. Nothing seemed to be a problem, and everything was swiftly resolved.

Nice looking apartment!

My stay at the property was near perfect. Location was great as it is super close to Benfica train station which is very practical for getting to Lisbon city centre as well as the surrounding areas. Sonía was super helpful at all times and she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Even though the room is at the top floor of her home, there is lots of privacy that it's almost like a separate apartment. Would definetly recommend staying here especially for anyone solo travelling in Lisbon.

The flat is very cozy, it has most things you’ll need. It’s well located, also the area is very quiet. Within few steps you can see the parliament building which it’s fantastic at night. The landlord is very kind and attentive, everything went well. I highly recommend this place.
