I had a great experience communicating and staying at the house. The landlord always provided great instructions and helped us with anything needed. The place is located very close to Prague, so it didn’t feel like you’re staying too far. The house it beautiful, clean and has everything you might ever need in live. Definitely recommended.

Very beautiful and cosy apartment. My expectations were exceeded! The owner is very nice and helpful. She shared with me her guide to Málaga and it really helped me to find great places more easily. Will definitely come back !

Can't describe how good this experience was! The apartament is not modern, but it's still super beautiful, spacious, very well-equipped and furnished, clean, warm (nov/dec), functional, light and, well.. the view! Breakfast, dinner, wine - the ocean is always with you. It's your company when you go to sleep and when you wake up. And the sunset - you can enjoy it every day from your balony.
The staff is super helpful - if you need anything - Sandra or the receptionist will provide you with everything and will chit-chat with you.
The pool is always clean and you have a direct access to the ocean through the rear gate.
It was my private paradise for almost 2 months and I felt like I was leaving my own home, so it's obvious I'll come back asap!

Very nice cozy apartment with everything you need. I rented the apartment for three months and felt very well. The landlord gave homemade jam as a welcome and you could contact him easily with any questions.

Alexandra's place is amazing, fully equipped and served location with multiple markets, cafes, restaurants, banks, and a pharmacy, the neighborhood is very calm and there is a lot of parking if you have a car, Alexandra is a very welcoming person and always ready to assist when you need her, thanks, Alexandra and it was a pleasure to meet you.

Casa muy limpia y genial situada. A pesar de estar en una zona muy frecuentada, la casa es bastante silenciosa al dar a un patio interior.

Durante la estancia mencioné un problema con el tostador y ese mismo día vinieron a traer uno nuevo. Quizás me ha faltado tener un armario para la ropa, dado que sólo había un burro para colgar cosas.

Very good location, it's safe district and it's close to the centre. Apartment was ok, but no so fresh as it looks on photo. But still apartment was good and cosy.

Beautiful apartment right in the city centre. The location is central but the apartment is quiet, there was no noise from the neighbours and I couldn’t hear the traffic.
Everything is brand new in the apartment, I absolutely loved living there. Linda was very communicative, she responded quickly to my questions and was always available to help.
I recommend it 100%.

Used the flat when visiting Prague occasionally. The flat is very modern, has a very big dishwasher, oven, cookware, etc.
Communication with Adela was very easy and fast.
Good transport connections to center/subway. 24 hour Tesco in 5 min walk.

There is sunlight during morning hours, afterwards need to use artificial lightning, which is very good though.

Very quiet - I heard very little noise, even duting the football matches nearby.

Suggestions:

1) Would be cool to have a microwave oven - to save electricity when reheating food.
2) Would be cool to have detailed printed instructions (e.g. which chemicals to use on which surfaces, which wipes to use) on how to deep clean the bathroom - we managed to do some very time consuming cleaning, but that was not enough.

Joana was a great landlord and has a great property. The Queluz location is convenient for travelling between Lisbon and the Sintra and Cascais areas. She took time to fix minor problems that came up quickly and smoothly. I would highly recommend!

We can highly recommend this apartment! The apartment is very stylishly furnished and equipped with all necessities. The apartment is located on the 19th floor of a new building with a fantastic view over the city and in a good and quiet location. Due to a nearby bus stop, the center as well as any other part of the city can be reached relatively quickly. In addition, the owners Anna and Milan are very friendly, helpful and always available. They speak many languages, which made the communication very good.

We were looking for somewhere to stay long-term (12months) in Czech so we wanted to make sure we found somewhere comfortable. I think it's safe to say that we couldn't of been luckier with this place.
The apartment was clean and fixtures and fittings were all good quality. There was a lot of kitchen equipment supplied when we arrived but as we had our own, the owner was happy to take it back and put it into storage.
The location of the apartment is great - in a quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood but with easy access to the center with Tram or Metro.
Both myself and my partner were working from home 5 days per week so it's safe to say the internet is good as well!
Our land-lady, Katerina was also very helpful and always friendly and respectful.
We would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend for short or longer-term stays!
