Staying in Maria's apartment was perfect. She really cares about your stay and has prepared the apartment specially for making her tenants confortable. Besides that, Maria is a very kind person who makes your stay the best possible. I wish I was able to stay there a bit longer.

The flat is lovely. It has everything you would want or need, a dishwasher, oven, balcony, bathtub, washingmachine... Everything was clean on arrival. The neighbourhood is safe and has lots of families but it is very far from the center. There are not many bars or cafes around the apartment. For someone living alone it is not the best option. Communication with Jana was great, she was very welcoming and responded quickly.

I stayed in Manuela and José's Casa do Zé for over a month. The apartment was beginning to feel like home. Manuela was so prompt to respond to any queries. The neighbourhood felt very safe, surrounded by lovely cafés, restaurants, museums and parks. Highly recommend it.

The apartment is well furnished. The manager was very responsive to our needs. The location is close enough to Avenida da República to be convenient, but far enough away to avoid many of the high tourist prices.

Byt je čistý, novo zariadený so super lokalitou. Pani majiteľka vždy ochotná pomôcť vo všetkom. Veľkým benefitom je i upratovanie z jej strany. Ďakujeme pekne :)

The house and the room are very well equipped with everything. The kitchen is huge and the bathroom is quite good. Then the room is quite spacious and very well decorated. The landlord is very friendly and attends to you at all times in case you need anything. It is very well connected and there are trams and buses a 3-minute walk away. I really liked my stay there.
The only bad thing I would say is that you can hear the neighbors next door making noise, but otherwise everything is great.

The apartment is well equipped, spacious and has a stunning view! While in the light-flooded living room with the large window front you forget all the busy activity of Lisbon and really feel like on top of Graça! Ana is a great host, was always available and provided us with all we need :)

This place feels like home.
I was happy to live in this apartment for a month and I feel a bit sorry to leave.

The place is spacious and cozy in every corner. It is built and furnished to live (not to rent to tenants), so it is finished and equipped in a good quality way. The floor is in woods and most of the furniture too. There are several types of coffeemakers and vacuum cleaners, enough bathroom accessories and linen, to say nothing of pots and tableware. All you need to take with is your pyjama or personal belongings.

The apartment is clean, warm and fresh. Hosts are super nice and helpful to solve upcoming issues.
The district is quiet, so I enjoyed birds and squirrels during day.

To make it shorter, this flat is a quiet cozy place to stay and enjoy.

Nice flat in a local neighborhood close to Praia Formosa, Pingo Doce, cafes, restaurants. No problem with check-in as Susana booked us a taxi from the airport and the driver had the key. Good internet - both of us could work and have meetings at the same time. Kitchen equipment was enough to cook yourself.
The only downside of the flat is that you need to stand to see the view. When you sit at the kitchen table you generally do not see it.

Great apartment in a good location, the parking was ideal too. This apartment is near bus stops, so the city is very accessible.
The apartment was clean, spacious, very comfortable for a family stay with a well equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed.
The owner was really welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Linda nagyon kedves , segítőkész hölgy. Bármilyen problémával kereshettük Őt. Pár nappal hamarabbi érkezésünk volt nem volt gondja vele. Csak ajánlani tudom.
A lakás igazán jó helyen van , szerettük nagyon. Beosztása mérete , remek volt. Egy dolog okozott hiány érzetet: nem volt tévé. Kislányomnak nagyon hiányzott a mesék miatt. Ezt leszámítva nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, már már haza jártunk .
