Great flat: two balconies, a lot of space, nice view, close to the beach, good internet connection and speed. I guess, it has everything you need. Very friendly hosts.

New and modern apartment, some minor issues with check-in but overall a great experience

The flat has great value for its price. It is situated on the sea front, has everything you need and clean. It is just a bit old for my personal taste. Ricardo was super helpful and made us feel like home and really was a friend in a new city

Overall we had an excellent stay at the apartment. A great base for a 2 week stay in Lagos.

Manuela went above and beyond in accommodating my stay. I’m so grateful I stayed here. It felt like a real sanctuary. I already miss her cats, one in particular that gives the best massages. And the forest that instantly balances you out and reminds you what’s important. O.K., I’ll stop being sentimental. If you’re looking for refuge, look no further. :’)

The space is great with everything needed for our stay and very spacious. Alexandra was very nice when greeting us at the beginning of our stay and extremely helpful when we had any issues or questions. I would recommend a stay here to anyone. :)

Our flat had all the equipment's and comfort required to make our stay very cozy and memorable. The owner Jiri was very supporting and understanding with our needs. He was very prompt in addressing any issue. Its a spacious flat with a very big balcony offering mesmerizing views and a fully equipped kitchen.

Milena was friendly and helpful and the apartment was very clean, exactly like in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything needed, it is quiet and modern. It was a nice stay.

Nice flat with almost everything you need. We had to purchase some basic necessities such as scissors and a fan. Location is close to two tram stops which can basically get you anywhere in Prague. The front doorknob was broken and we had some issues with Flatio. I would rent this apartment again 100% but probably not through Flatio since I was not satisfied with their customer service. All and all we have a lovely 2 month stay. LANDLORD'S REPLY: I would like to take a moment to clarify your feedback. During your stay, you asked if an air conditioner is in the flat - which there is not one and it is not advertised in the flat description. If you would let me know that you are interested in having the fan, I would bring you one as it is stored in the cellar. The doorknob is not broken, it just needs to be closed properly - but thank you for bringing my attention to it. Your negative feedback was on Flatio’s services, not my flat, and I am sorry to see lower rating as the rating of Flatio runs on different feedback form and it has nothing to do with the flat. great place!

We had a really great time in this wonderful apartment. Very clean and well equipped it is situated in a very center of Nazare, conveniently close to the both beaches and with a breathtaking view point just around the corner. The communication with the host was really good! Thank you, Carlos, will definitely come back!

We’d liked staying at Golden Fish apartments, everything was clear, we had everything for cooking and life and even more — Miloš was always in touch to help us with additional needs and did his best to make our life more comfortable here. There are small mall and 2 groceries nearby and big green park which is awesome. I’d like to stay here again when I’m back to Plzen😌

Its a nice place in a good area. I really liked the rooftop terrace. the city centre is easy to reach with the nearby trainstation. There is a small supermarket nearby but you have to climb a big hill to get there. So I mostly did my groceries in the city centre. João is very kind and responds fast. Thank you!

Pros: -Loved the neighbourhood, lots of cozy cafes and restaurants around, local feel. - Lovely balcony for coffees or dinner when the weather allows. - Good wifi, we were working remotely and with two tables, it was easy to manage for 2 people. Cons: - the flat smelled of cigarettes, which went down over our stay as we kept ventilating the flat, but is still there. - very loud sound of planes, the flat is literally on its landing/take off path. You get used to it over time, but something to note. - half-broken window blinds. We got a quick response from Theresa who sent a handyman to fix it, but he could not fix it fully, so you have to roll them down manually. - since you have to touch the blinds to get them down, they could be cleaned in the between tenants as they get dirty. Same for the outdoors balcony space. What could be improved: - no hoover in the flat, would be nice to have it for regular cleanups - microwave seems to have issues, we used it once and it kept beeping non-stop. - communication on Flatio with the agency, we wanted to adjust the dates, but received no response until it was too late to get back the money.

Apartment is renovated and clean. Luisa helped a lot by accepting my booking in very short period of time.

Great small studio flat in the centre of Lisbon.

The apartment is really nice and the room looked even nicer in real life than in pictures. It is quite spacious and the common areas are also very nice and spacious. Joana is a very good host. I had some personal asks and she reacted quickly and helped me with those. Overall my stay was very comfortable and can definitely recommend and would stay there myself again in case I need toю

Absolutely amazing flat, host, and location. Close to everything, easy access to Bolt taxis and Bubi (bikeshare). Tibor was so accommodating with all our requests, even brought us a brand new hair dryer without us asking, and came by right away to help us when we had some problems with the stove. Can’t recommend this flat enough, great value for price!

The location of flat is very near to the city centre. There is everything for short vaccation or longer occasion (ERASMUS etc.).
