Virag and Tamas are very friendly, professional simply wonderful people. The apartment is modern, and in excellent condition right in the city center with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, and supermarkets around. My wife and I spent five months in this place and were feeling like real locals finally. So, if you looking for such a life in Budapest this place is for you.

Beautiful apartment! Quiet and peaceful location, yet with less than one minute walk there's a tram and a bus stop. Anděl metro station is within 5 minutes walk, and there's a big shopping center over there and a lot of restaurants and pubs (I recommend checking out Manifesto food market over there). Penny grocery store right next to the tram stop, and a big Tesco store on Anděl. The river is also 2 minutes walk from the place, and has a lot of small peaceful corner and a great place that has live music show every single night. Denisa is a great landlord, and was very helpful and really kind! I've stayed there for two and a half months, and I had everything I needed in the apartment and beautiful surroundings to explore. I highly recommend :)

Everything was smooth and pleasant. Communication was fast and to the point. A very plesant and friednly lady. A cosy and nice flat.

Property is really well maintained, very clean and in top condition. In addition, it is equipped with everything you will ever need - from iron, through every possible kitchen appliances and other equipment to an abundant set of cozy duvets and blankets. All fresh and nice. If you'd like to do some work from home there's a suitable desk provided with a chair. Place itself is spacious, sunny and comfortable. I would happily return!

The apartment is managed by a company called An Island Apart and they were very good. The apartment is very comfortable and we spent many hours on the balcony high above the Atlantic Ocean. Being on the sixth floor, you get a lovely cool breeze coming into the apartment even when it is hot down on the street.

Suzanne is a kind and helpful person. Responded to my requests, I am very grateful to her. The apartment is nice, has everything you need, the only thing that smelled of mold, but this, as I understand it, is a common problem in Portugal.

Fatima was very accessible and addressed any issues or questions immediately. She is very nice. As far as the apartment, I believe it is personal. I was there for almost 4 weeks, joined for 10 days by a friend. It is fortunate that the unit has 3 bedrooms because, as far as we were concerned, the front bedroom was unusable for sleeping. It was a lovely room to hang out in during the day and I would sit on that bed to play on my computer or read a book, but would not have been able to sleep there. Fortunately, there were two other bedrooms that are dark and quiet. The apartment is on the 1st floor above a restaurant on a street that is lined with restaurants and bars, which are open until 2 a.m. If you are not sensitive to noise and need only 2 bedrooms, I think you will do fine here. Alfama is crowded and noisy and very hilly, but that is anywhere in Alfama, which is a very interesting and historical neighborhood with lots and lots to do, also containing some of the best restaurants in Lisbon. So, if you like to be in the center of the action, within walking distance to the waterfront, and do not mind the fact that the front room would only work for a non-sensitive sleeper, and you are in decent enough shape to climb the streets, the location is excellent. The unit is large, comfortable, and has a semi-private patio out back, which was a nice addition.
