Very well situated appartment: vibrant area with nice coffees and restaurants, bookshops and all necessary stores. Brand new windows which make the flat very calm. This is rare in Athens ;-) very appreciated. Awesome bed with luxurious mattress ... Bedroom: of course the window in the bedroom has NOT a sea view ;-) but all in all it is spacious, well equipped and there is plenty of storage. The kitchen is a bit small indeed but functional; that's OK; The entryway has plenty of coat hooks, is quite large which is very nice. The living room is separated by a door; there is a very comfortable sofa with a large TV and a table that easily seats 4 to 6 people. Nice place to stay !

This place is amazing, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the kitchen is great. We cooked most of our own meals and it had an oven and dishwasher as well so it was very convenient. Plenty of space too!

The apartment was lovely, modern, clean and very convenient, it had every modern convenience you would need for a long or short stay.
Valentinos, his sister and his lovely Mama, were just the best host's, easy to talk too, always happy to help in anyway, always with a smile.

Agios Nikolaos town centre and the Sea Lake were 15mins walk down hill, the walk back was longer 22 mins or so as it was up hill but most properties on the edge of town are up hill..
There is a beach for sunbathing about 12 mins walk, again down hill, here you can rent boats and jetski's, you can also buy freshly made food too.

Sklavenitis supermaket was only 5minutes walk away, for all of you daily food needs, if you are staying home to eat.

Everything, except the problem with the door, was excellent. Even the problem with the door Erika solved really quickly. Thanks a lot for welcoming us and being such a sweet host! The apartment is the same as on the site: clean, good location, nice atmosphere. If you plan to visit Rome, either as a tourist or for a longer stay, I can definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation was really great. Everything was perfect, clean and new.

La ubicación inmejorable, está a 5 minutos a pie de la plaza principal de Zagreb.
Aunque la casa es un poco pequeña, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia.

The apartment has everything that you might need. The area is quiet and safe, with good cafes, restaurants, bakeries and parks.
The owner is very nice and always available.
The area is also well connected to the city centre and public transport works well.

I'm so glad I found this wonderful place! Far from the bustling city, it offers stunning, breathtaking views. Waking up to a mountain view was a wonderful way to start the day. It was exactly what I was looking for for a week-long getaway. I also loved the location—right in the center of the northern part of the island—making it easy and quick to reach all the sights within 30 minutes. A grocery store and gas station are also nearby. There's also parking on site. The cabin has everything you need for a long, comfortable stay, even sandwich boxes for taking with you on your walks. The bed and mattress were very comfortable; I slept well and nothing disturbed me. Luis and his wonderful mother are very polite and kind, always ready to help with any questions! They helped me with advice, for example, on shopping and sightseeing. And before leaving, we received a treat of homemade cookies, which was a very nice touch. Next time I will definitely stay at this place
