Novy byt, v prvnim patre nove zastavby, stav odpovidal fotografiim, celkem klidna ctvrt. Velke plus za snadno dostupne garazove stani primo pod budovou, otvirani garazovych vrat pres dalkove ovladani. Byt a koupelna byla cista. Kuchyn mela minimalni zakladni vybaveni vse celkem funkcni, chybi vsak prkenko na krajeni. Co se tyce moznosti uklidu, museli jsme pozadat o mop a kbelik, protoze v byte byla jen lopatka, smetacek a vysavac u ktereho by bylo treba vymenit filtr. Velkoplosna televize Samsung byla pouzitelne az po tydnu, protoze kabelove pripokeni k T-Mobile bylo nefunkci a komunikace s majitelem trvala nekolik dni, po te byl dodan DVBT-2 dekoder.

Great apartment, good location. Loved the spinning TV and mini kitchen. Bathroom is lux. The front concierge are all friendly and helpful.

Překrásný, s citem a velmi vkusně zařízený byt v lokalitě kde to máte všude blízko. Co je třeba vyzdvihnout je naprosto příkladný a lidský přístup majitelky bytu. Což je dnes již vzácnost. Byl jsem tam velmi spokojený a vřele doporučuji.

Modern, cosy and fully equipped apartment. The accommodation is provided with all sorts of facilities from kitchen tools, such as kettles and a coffee machine, to extra bedsheets and towels, but also hot and cold air conditioning and a smart tv. Furthermore, there is a spacious balcony and the lodging walls rather well sound-proof the environment from the outdoor busy road and indoor noises and keep the room in temperature too. The building, class B, in which the apartment is located, offers CCTV and an electromagnetic lock door at the building entrance, a modern lift, outdoor and indoor parking, plus a private waste recycling area just outside the front door of the building. Last but not least, there are many public services in the surroundings. The only remark I have to make are the cleaning conditions in which the apartment was handed in; I think it depended on the last tenant to leave it neat and tidy, but it would be advisable to check and clean the accomodation just before the new tenants arrival. Overall, great apartment with a very available landowner and I extend my gratitude to both Samo and Richard for their kindness. I really recommend this flat to whomever is looking for a residence in Bratislava. You will not be disappointed.

The apartment was perfectly suited to our expectations. We stayed there for more than 3 months without any problems. There were a few leakage problems, but nothing major and really disturbing. The managers were very easy to reach.

Together with two friends of mine we spent our winter term with Erasmus here in Prague at this beautiful apartment provided by Vacasa. As we arrived the local manager Katerina introduced us shortly to the apartment and everything looked like on the pictures of the website. Everything worked perfectly but if we had any issues regarding the apartment Katerina always supported us immedeatly. We really can recommend it!

Andrea is a wonderful landlord with a beautiful apartment. She helped us where ever she could and communicating was super easy. The apartment is located really close to the water, some nice parks and lovely cafes. Access to public transport is very good as well. Andrea apartment is super comfortable with lovely details and furniture. It is very sunny and has a good view out of the window. The kitchen is very good equiped and cooking was nice :) We would always come back.

This appartment is all fine but not for work purposes, great for sightseeing in Prague

Pobyt byl velmi prijemny, cokoliv jsem potrebovala tak ochotna asiatentka prinesla, vyresila. Velmi doporucuji!

Maud and his colleagues are nice and reactive, the apartment was fine but just some little things that makes my overall experience 7/10: I had troubles with internet for 2 weeks (not owner's fault), the shower takes super long to empty and you can't use both kitchen heating spots at the same time or the power shut down in all apartment. And the neighbor just on top of this apartment sometimes plays with his dog with some bouncing ball, wich makes a lot of noise (I tried to talk with him but he won't stop) Thanks !

Our stay was very pleasant. The flat is nice, clean, equipped with wide range of appliances and feels surprisingly spacious for a studio. The neighborhood is also pleasant, we didn’t have many opportunities to explore it due to the lockdown, but there is a mall (Eden) and picturesque park (Havlíčkovy sady) with delicious brownies and wines nearby. The owner is also very kind and our communication was very smooth.
