Opravdu moc hezký a vybavený byt, stejně jako na fotkách. Čistý a komfortní. Lokalita je 10 minut do centra trolejbusem. Veškerá sociální vybavenost je v bezprostředním okolí. Majitelé jsou skvělý lidé. Mohu jen doporučit.

Irena is the best landlord I could ever ask for!

I had never been in Prag before I moved there for my Erasmus program and wasn't sure if I was going to be able to find a home and landlord that is dependable.

Irena was extremely nice enough to even pick me up from the airport when I landed in Prag and was always within an arm reach when I had question.

I would highly recommend her and her beautiful house!

The flat was great and all of the fixtures were great, the only problem was the wifi was not the best hence the 9/10. Jiri was very good and polite and helpful

Amazing stay! House is great, very spacious and clean. We had a very smooth 3-month stay. Landlady was very prompt in solving any issues that came up.

S panem Jiřím byla pohodová a bezproblémová spolupráce a komunikace. Byt byl čistý a vše bylo jako na fotkách. Ubytování u pana Jiřího určitě doporučuji a ráda zase pro své klienty využiji.

Tomuto bydlení nelze prakticky nic vytknout, byt je v klidné lokalitě, dostatečně zařízený, prostorný a zcela nadstandardní je terasa, kterou jsme bohužel vzhledem k ročnímu období nemohli plně využít, ale k letním grilovačkám musí sloužit skvěle. Tramvaj č. 1 má zastávku cca 100 m od bytu, což je velmi pohodlné při každodenním dojíždění do práce nebo do školy. S parkováním přímo u domu je to trochu horší, ale o ulici níž je velkokapacitní parkoviště, kde je místo vždy. Paní majitelka je velmi milá a vstřícná. Celkově si myslím, že za danou cenu jde o výborný podnájem.

It was a great experience to live in this flat and meet Eva. She was always so helpful, thus, I could live without any difficulty. I was grateful to have her as a landlord. Also, the interior design was satisfying, though the kitchen was a little bit small. Regarding the location, it was located in a very convenient and safe area. You can take a tram or a bus whenever you want to. It was worth paying the high rental fee. I do recommend this place and her.
