Pavla Byrne is absolutely exceptional, as landlady and as a person. I've stayed at the apartment at her house for more than 2 months, my first 2 months in Prague and in the Czech Republic. She has helped me literally with everything. There were no issues whatsoever with the apartment itself, which is very stylish, homey and lovely. Pavla has been the one to introduce me to living here, explain things that were new to me, give me good advice. When I've gotten unwell, she had helped me as well with finding the doctor, and she has taken care of me. She kept on encouraging me, coming by for brief chats sometimes. She is a true lady. Staying at Pavla's and her wonderful family's place, felt like home and that was an incomparable experience. I would like to thank Pavla, her husband Garret, as well as their children, from the bottom of my heart for being always there for me and for making me feel like home. I will always recommend their apartment and them as landlords, to anybody who might need a place to stay in Prague for a shorter or longer while. Big thanks to all of you once again!

Bohdana was extremely accommodating and hospitable. She greeted us upon arrival and departure. There was an instance where we locked ourselves out of the apartment and she took the time out of her busy day to help us out. Her response time and attentiveness is unprecedented. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

I absolutely recommend to stay at Monikas place! I stayed there for 4 months during my exchange semester and was very happy to have found such a calm and nice place. The room is pretty big, it is placed in a very safe neighbourhood with a good tram and bus connection (only 3 stations by bus to go to metro line A). Also, taking an Uber is pretty affortable, so it really is not a big thing not to be in the city centre. Monika was always very helpful and I enjoyed spending time with her. Thanks Monika!! :)

The landlord was very prompt with any questions via email. The location is in a unique area of Vienna that is filled with local residents rather than tourists in the middle of the city. There is a nice spread of restaurants in the platz and a market on Saturday mornings that is filled with vendors and residents throughout the neighboring districts. Within 20 min walking and >10 min on the tram you are at Rathaus. Also, the apartment overlooks yppenplatz and the Saturday morning market :)

The apartment is great. It is small, but it has everything you might need during your stay in Prague. The apartment is situated in a great location, there is a huge trading center in walking distance and you can get to the city center in 15 minutes by tram or metro. The owner was great and quickly responded to any question we had during our stay. We are glad we found this place and decided to stay here!

Everything was perfect and well-tended to from the start to the end.

The apartment provides a bright, comfortable and pleasing to the eye environment. We had everything we needed to live comfortably.

The owner was always responsive and made sure that our needs were looked after.
