I stayed in the flat for 36 days. My overall rate is 5/5. I must say that Pavlina is very kind person and willing to help for any little thing. The flat is good and very close to services. I liked it!

Apartment was exactly as advertised and there were no nasty surprises. Owner really took care of his apartment and was extra helpful in all matters and was constantly in communication with me. The neighbor's were very kind and pleasant. This apartment would have gotten the highest rating if it had an air conditioner (I bought a fan) as I faced the heatwave but that wasn't a major issue. I would for sure rent this property again next time I come to town as I have become very comfortable here. On a final note, it's really easy to access the city from this location.

The apartment is great. It was recently and beautifully renovated it has everything you might need during your stay in Prague and the look from the terrace is gorgeous!

The apartment is situated right in the center of the city so all of the most popular Prague places will be reachable in less than 15 minutes and most of the time you will be able to just walk to them. There is a big shopping mall near the apartment where you can buy anything you might need, thought the place is always highly populated with tourists, so for buying groceries I would recommend going to the nearest Penny store instead.
If you like tea, I would highly recommend visiting a place called Royal Tea, which is situated in the inner street right outside of the apartment (for the exact location search for it in Google Maps). The only downside to the placement of the apartment is that sometimes it can be noisy outside so if you are sensitive to noise during sleep, I would recommend bringing earplugs with you.

The owner was great and quickly responded to any question we had during our stay. We are glad we found this place and decided to stay here!

Byt je příjemný a útulný a díky němu jsme v pohodě zvládli rekonstrukci v našem bytě. Pokud máte rádi širší centrum Prahy, tak neváhejte, Vršovice jsou dneska moc zajímavá čtvrť.

The flat is equipped with basic stuff. It has easy access to public transport and a supermarket nearby. Overall experience was good, no complaint.

A tiny and clean appartment with all the amenities that you can imagine.

Close of the city center by walk and the mall westend. Also bus stop and metro stop are less than five minutes by walk.

The communication with the landlady was faster and kindly.

The best appartment to be in the city.

The whole building is owned by a rental agency (VisitInPrague). We had to deal with multiple people in order to address concerns, and although our issues were addressed immediately (the next day), I feel as though for the money we spent we should not have had these issues in the first place. A washer was supposed to be in the unit but was not (they did fix this, however). Window shades did not work, a doorframe was literally falling off, etc. Also, people smoked marijuana in the courtyard which wafted into our windows, and I was told by the landlord that it was "impossible for the smell to travel upwards" but my entire family begged to differ. The building is next to a CBD club and a gentleman's club. Otherwise, location was fine - near the metro station and downtown, easy walk to both. The beds were probably the most comfortable we have stayed in in any rented apartment we have ever had, and although we had to deal with multiple people, everyone we spoke with from the company was kind and helped make sure our concerns were heard and addressed.

Great location in terms of amenities.
Walking distance to main square.
The studio apartment was very comfortable.
I will definitely stay there again next summer.
