The building is old, so from outside it may give a bad impression. The neighbourhood is very quiet. there is no luxury but it is very cosy and practical. We were 5 people and did not feel very crowded. It is situated about 30 minutes driving from airport and walking distance from city centre. It can be improved by some basic maintenance and perhaps some more cutlery but no serious issues. We appreciated having the washing machine because it means needing to carry less clothes. (We were on holiday) Overall the apartment met our needs.

The flat was very nice, and had everything as advertised. It is very new, has high end appliances, washer/dryer combo, great views, good beds, really nice bathrooms, and essential kitchen equipment.
The cooperation with the landlady was excellent, fast, friendly and efficient. It is a 10-15 min walk to a metro station through a park, but the flat also includes parking.

Eveyrthing regarding communication was smooth, and Lenka was a huge help whenever something occurred. I had an amazing time in her apartment during this 4 month period. I recommend this flat to anyone that is travelling to Prague

Karel was always ready to help if needed with very fast reaction. Place is totally comfortable, peaceful and fit for one person or a couple. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Bydlelo se mi dobre, byl jsem spokojeny. V zime hodne tahne pres okna a dvere, ale nic co by se nedalo prezit. Sousedi ok, dobra lokalita.

Amazing apartment! I stayed there for 5 months and I have nothing bad to say, it was a a beautiful and very cozy apartament. I had everything super close to me, for example, a great Czech restaurant called U kroka, pharmacy, supermarkets, trams stops and a beautiful park with the best view of Prague. I have zero complaints and I would totally recommend! Thank you Jana for everything.
