I had a 3 month stay in this apartment and it was so great I would do it again in a heartbeat. It's walking distance from all the city squares, and restaurants. The apartment is clean with updated amenities. I can't say enough great things about the Landlords. Ivana and David really went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience in Brno. Just a great place to live if you're going to be in Brno for an extended period of time.

Flat was well-equipped and renovated nicely, but was located in a run-down building located in a neighbourhood served by a very infrequent bus service which does not even run on the weekends. The owner was responsive and quick to resolve any issues with the apartment, but the hot water supply remained a constant issue.

Eva ´s husband Petr was a great host. He was super friendly, fast in replying and really took care of my comfort during my one month stay in the apartment. He was well prepared, maps of prague were available and he even prepared some fruits on the table. Petr was always ready to help in all matters. Also the apartment is located in a nice neighboourhood. Metro (green line) is reached within 8min by walking as well as the big shopping mall at FLora station. If you feel like having a walk, Vinohrady is a perfect place with a park, cafes and so one.
I would definitely recommend this apartment and looking forward to my next stay. Thank you :)

Prostorný byt se vším potřebným v centru. Možnost procházek u řeky, poblíž klidný Slovanský ostrov. Zastávka tramvaje a metra nedaleko. Obchody blízko, stejně jako různé restaurace a kavárny.

Bydleni v pronajtem byte bylo velice prijemne, byt je prostorny, svetly a cisty a velice dobre prostorove reseny. Okolni prostredi je idealni pro relax, protoze je tam klid.. Pani majitelka je moc prijemna a vzdy rychle vyresila vse, co jsme od ni potrebovali. Byt doporucuji :)

Nice and cozy apartment with a bran new furniture and summer terrace. Great location - it’s like a village surrounded by nature and in the same time one of the biggest malls is in 10 minutes by bus and city center is in 30-40 minutes. Special thanks to the landlord Andrej - see you next time :)

This ground floor flat is nice and cozy facing an interior garden in an older building. The neighbors can be a little noisy at times, but in general it is a nice place to stay.

I stayed at Petr's flat for 3 months and I wish I could have stayed longer! Petr has put a great deal of effort into making his flat a unique and comfortable home. It has a good-sized kitchen and a great home entertainment system, and it's a lovely place to relax and spend time. Even though the location is not in the centre of town, it is located near a bus stop with buses leaving every 5 minutes during the day, so commuting was never an issue for me. Petr is a very kind and attentive host, and dropped by when he was in town to bring a juicer and other bits and pieces to the flat. When Petr wasn't in town, his brother was available to handle things and both were easily contactable. The other residents of the building were also friendly, and the area is nice and quiet. I would highly recommend this flat to anybody!

Pavel is a very reliable landlord. Always ready to help in whatever questions related to Prague. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Also the location of flat is good, tramway and bus stop just nearby. A few stops to old town, tramways within every 10 min. I was very satisfied with two month contract with Pavel at Malesicka 23 and can recommended to all who needs good flat with good location.

Brno ist eine sehr schöne Stadt.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (leider im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug. Es handelt sich um eine altes/historisches Gebäude).
Mit der Besitzerin konnten wir ohne Probleme per E-Mail und auf Englisch komunizieren.
Ich würde diese Wohnung sicher weiterempfehen.
Parkmöglichkeit: kann man in den Nebemstrassen Gebührenfrei parken, aber braucht man viel Glück!
