Urša is a great host! She is polite and attentive to the needs of her guests and her apartment is clean, very well equipped and pet-friendly. We loved our stay, surrounding area is a dream for nature lovers.
The only advice is: rehang the refrigerator door so it opens toward the kitchen instead of the wall.

When I first got to the apartment I was in absolute shock because the photos do not do it justice at all! It was amazing and I was so happy with it, it was extremely clean and there was even a little welcome pack with some essentials! Also, before I arrived the communication with the host to meet me to get the keys was very quick and the woman who greeted me was professional but friendly and showed me inside. There was a couple of issues with the WiFi and lighting but it wasn’t for very long and it was due to a random blackout in the area. I used to live in Valencia a couple of years ago but in a different area, but I loved the 4 weeks I spent at this place and fell in love with Ruzafa, would love to stay again! :)

Manuela (Jose’s wife) was incredibly kind and answered all our questions promptly. Communication was very quick, and the key handover was completely hassle-free. We arrived after 10:30 PM, and later returning the keys after 10 AM was no problem at all. The apartment is perfectly suitable for two people on a holiday, and it has everything you need. The location is excellent — the Old Town and the beach are easily reachable, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We felt wonderful staying here and highly recommend it!

We stayed for 2 weeks in August. Huge advantage that house is located under trees and fully shadow covered. Due to this, average temperature is lower and feels much more comfortable that in other places.

The house seems a new, but have a lot of old furniture and not comfortable kitchen. Also it`s very small and rooms are very small. So for 2 weeks it`s okay, but not more.

The place around is beautiful! The ocean is warmer than is Sesimbra, and the lake Albufeira is totally warm.

We loved our stay at Andrea’s flat! It’s a very cute and cozy spot. My partner and I stayed there for two weeks working remotely and exploring Prague. Everything you need to work from home + cook in the kitchen as well! Lots of shops, workout spots, and restaurants / cafes nearby as well. And right next to a tram stop for easy access to getting around prague!

I needed last minute accommodations. The apartment was perfect to get some work done and rest, even with the airport traffic, I still slept well. The terrace patio is especially beautiful and the place is walking distance to shops and grocery stores and a beautiful garden (suggested by host). Pedro is easy to communicate with and it was a pleasure renting from him. He was very kind to provide new pans upon my arrival. Thanks again for everything.

A very pleasant stay. The apartment is fully equipped, has a nice garden area, and is quite chill, which was a big plus in the summer. Communication with the owners without problems and the apartment was really clean on my arrival. Overall, a very positive experience.

Měla jsem možnost bydlet v tomto bytě na Vyšehradě a mojí čtyřčlennou smečkou 😁☺️ a byla to opravdu moc příjemná zkušenost, a to jsme takto byly poprvé. Byt je útulný, čistý a najdete v něm všechno potřebné. Největší plus ale byla paní majitelka – vždycky milá, ochotná a kdykoli bylo potřeba, okamžitě poradila nebo pomohla. Díky tomu jsme se tu cítili skoro jako doma.

Bydlení můžeme s radostí doporučit všem, kdo hledají pohodlné místo a férový přístup. 🌸
Za nás určitě bude doporučení všude ☺️♥️.

Absolutely fantastic! The apartment is pure luxury! And Alza will help with anything and sort any problems out when you are there. I had an issue with posting something to the apartment, and Alza sorted it the same day!
