Mirka's apartment impresses with its central location and upscale furnishings! The apartment was very clean, modern and in top condition. The apartment is also suitable for expats due to its furnishings. Weekend guests will definitely appreciate the central location and proximity to bars in the Jewish quarter.

Vitor and the staff were great. They were kind and attentive to any issues we had. We really appreciated everything they did for us. The staff also did a really good job keeping the common areas clean. That is much appreciated as well. My only issue with the apartment is that there's a fair amount of traffic noise from the busy road. Fortunately, it was much quieter at night. There's not much the owner and staff can do about the traffic, and we mostly got used to it. The amount of noise may also vary, depending on which side of the house your room is on.

Absolutely perfect! The apartment is well decorated and cozy. Plus it’s located close to public transportation so it’s very easy to get around the city. The landlords are kind and responsive to any issues.

Had a lovely stay in Budapest thanks to David. Very prompt in his responses, and very helpful and kind. :) The flat has supermarkets, corner stores and many cafes and restaurants at a walking distance, or very easily accessible by public transport. The flat is very central, less than 5 minutes away from Oktogon. It's small and cozy, with all amenities you could need for short or longer stays (plates, cutlelry, washing machine, gas-based stovetop and oven, ironing board, cleaning supplies, etc.) Area is relatively quiet, as are the neighbours. Possible cons of the place: There is only one heater, situated in the bedroom, so the kitchen and bathroom can get a bit cold during the winter months. This can be remedied by baking things in the oven, or taking a hotter shower respectively, as it also warms up the room. :) The apartement also has very little natural sunlight, facing the inner courtyard away from the sun. But there are many lights, lamps and fairy lights to keep the place bright. Overall very satisfied with the experience, David was a lovely host, and everything was communicated clearly. Would wholeheartedly reccomend. :)

We have stayed at Sverker house almost a month and it was an amazing time. Check in was effortless, Sverker gave us a lot of hints about neighbourhoods, location of the closest shops, bakery etc. We haven't met Sverker during our stay as he was abroad but if needed we communicated through WhatsApp. House is as shown on photos, there is a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and living room. If you plan to work from Madeira, internet connection was good, however there is in practice one desk which is sufficient to do a work. In the kitchen there is all essential equipment (oven, coffee machine, pan, cutlery etc). The view from apartment is amazing.

If this scale had a higher rating than 10, I would definitely give it to the landlord and accommodation. Sofia is an incredible person! Since we were a non-EU country visitor with a long stay, we had numerous bureaucratic and administrative tasks to complete. Sofia was incredibly helpful, patient, and always available to assist us. She was incredibly supportive and promptly responded to every request I made. We felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout the stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped to make the stay enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this accommodation, especially the landlord!

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy apartment! The location is excellent — close to a large shopping centre, well-connected by public transport, and just a short walk from the promenade and beach. One of the highlights was the peaceful atmosphere, thanks to the apartment's windows overlooking a quiet park and offering an ocean view. The apartment has everything you need for a long-term stay. We’re especially grateful to Paulo for his warm hospitality and prompt communication throughout our visit. He made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

The owner is absolutely wonderful—always ready to help and offer support whenever we have a question. The apartment and building are consistently spotless, and the location couldn’t be better. We truly couldn’t be happier with our experience!

The apartment is amazing. Every furniture is in there (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine and even bed linen). The emplacement is perfect too, it is very closed from the city centre. Communication with Richard was easy, he is speaking really well English and is very reactive if there's a problem.

Our host was very quick to reply on questions and requests and very friendly! He also helped us with some suggestions around the area. It was nice that everything we could need was available at the house. It was very clean when we got in. Pedro's house is a cosy place. With the terrible amount of rain it was damp, but a dehumidifier was there. Just a heads up, there is airtraffic. If you're going in town it won't bother you and at night it stops.

Bardzo polecam, jest wszystko co potrzeba. Są dwie pralki, zmywarka, oddzielna ubikacja i łazienka z prysznicem. Cicha okolica, 300 metrów od zajezdni tramwajowej, a tramwaje odjeżdżają co kilka minut. Na ulicy zawsze było gdzie zaparkować

Eliska was an awesome host, she was fast and responsive with whatever we needed. The flat was also as advertised, I recommend it to everyone who is planning to stay in Prague.

Great accommodation, perfect location and a very kind host.

Flat was spacious, clean, silent, fully equipped (incl. wash-dryer), with everything shown as-is on the pictures. The bed was comfy (medium-firm), only the curtains there do not really keep out the sun (the only reason for -1 point). No idea about the AC in the bedroom, as I didn't need it in May. To a limited extent, one could also use the space for remote work. Communication with Silke and Miguel was swift and friendly, everything easy to setup, with all relevant information. I would immediately rent the place again for a trip to Lisboa.

Fantastic appointment

The flat is as shown and described and it has everything one could need to stay there medium or long term. We stayed with a baby and it was very comfortable. The one thing we missed was a kettle because we drink a lot of hot drinks 🤣🤣 but we managed to solve this by using the small pot. Other than this, the only thing I would like to mention is that the bedroom can be quite noisy because the windows are single glazed so it took us a few nights to adjust for that:) Overall, I’d love to live in a flat like this, we really enjoyed the area and the owners were super helpful and responsive. I’m delighted that we found this place ♥️

Don’t doubt this place for a second, it’s a unique opportunity in the center of the city. And the landlords are beautiful, helpful and amazing people.

I had a happy 5 weeks here in April-May 2025 and found it very comfortable and convenient. Agnes was very helpful and the flat is extremely well kitted out with kitchen equipment and gadgets. The internet was fast and reliable and the heating worked well. The bed, on the mezzanine, was very comfortable. The washing machine was great. The flat is very central and most things are walkable. There's are supermarkets and the main market close by. The Danube is only a street away. I wouldn't hesitate to try to stay here on a future visit; it met all my needs and was good value.

This apartment is incredibly cozy, with a charming vintage interior that gives it a lot of character. It's located in a peaceful neighborhood, which made our stay feel truly relaxing. One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful terrace with a stunning view — we spent nearly every breakfast and lunch out there, soaking up the atmosphere. It quickly became our favorite spot in the apartment. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!
