Appartement très très bien agencé, très agréable l'été car bien ombragé (il n'est presque pas nécessaire de mettre la clim), petite terrasse bien agréable donnant sur un coin de verdure !! Propriétaire très dispo en cas de besoin.
Prévoir de prendre la place de garage car toutes les rues autour sont en stationnement payant et les contrôles fréquents !! Je suis restée plusieurs mois et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir

The place is clean, comfortable, has the necessary equipment, and its location is very practical to move around the city. Communication with the landlord was very good. I highly recommend this place.

Josefina is a wonderful landlord, very responsive, kind and understanding and the outdoor area of the house is nice to have in the middle of the city. The apartment is small but it’s in a great condition and has been tastefully decorated. The bed is really comfortable and overall, everything you need is there for a good visit to Porto.

Very good apartment, amazing view towards the acropolis, and calm district. The apartement is clean and fonctionnable with all commodities.

This is a Lovely spacious apartment with all the amenities and appliances necessary for a long comfortable stay. The internet is reliable and was perfect for remote work. The apartment is very close to public transportation, restaurants, and grocery stores. The landlord/landlady was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. They were very welcoming and gave me many helpful tips about the neighborhood. I would recommend this apartment.

Prostředí je velmi útulné a kouzelné. Díky poloze a dostupnosti tramvaje nebo metra kousek od bytu je snadné se dopravit nejen do centra města za pár minut. Karlínske centrum nabízi různé příležitosti jak trávit volný čas. Zařízení a vybavení bytu poskytuje komfortní bydlení. Komunikace s majitelem je snadná, rýchla a důveryhodná. Není co bych vytkla.

Excellent flat, beautiful and comfortable. Ana is a fantastic landlord, always willing to help. We spent a bit more than 3 months in this apartment and would have stayed more if we could. We will miss it! Thank you Ana and Tom!

Excellent location to enjoy Lisbon from; although the apartment’s two balconies and spectacular views made it very hard to go out. Kate and Laura were kind and responded to all my questions no matter how ridiculous they were.

Amazing place to stay! High recommendation 10/10. The house is very cute and well equipped. The landscape is spectacular! Luis and Angela are very welcoming and helpful. You can manage in the area without a car and at the end of your holiday a better physical shape is guaranted. In case of overtraining, there is taxi and car rental available in São Vicente ;)

The flat was in a very good condition and well equipped.
The communication with the landlord was excellent, answering all our questions.

The were only some small issues like the noise from the street (for one bedroom) and some small damages, but they didn't affect our total experience.

Another plus is that the flat's location is really great, inside the Alfama district and next to the Metro and Train station as well as to bus stations.

The landlord offered me to check in 15 hours earlier which was great. The communication was very easy, also to get the key in a box etc. But there is improvement for the hygiene in the hidden corners of the room.

The apartment was so nice! The location was good (access to the public transportation and restaurants around) and apartment was just as it was described. It was a good size for a couple, and it had everything we needed. We had no problem during our stay, and Eva was so kind.
