Lucie and her husband are wonderful and kind landlords. Everything in the apartment was exactly as it was advertised and any problems that cropped up were dealt with extremely promptly. The apartment was exceptionally clean as well as quiet. You could only hear neighbors when they were in the hall outside of the apartment. There is excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. It is also only a four minute slow walk to the tram stop. It was perfect for a month-long stay. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Perfect apartment in a very nice neighbourhood near the metro station.

Note for light sleepers: there is a restaurant underneath that is closed on most weekdays but might be quite loud on Saturday evenings.

Great apartment in a great location. All the items you might need are available in the apartment and it's nicely furnished. The pictures are an accurate reflection. My only disappointment was that the place was not properly cleaned when we moved in. There was a lot of black mould in the bathroom around the sink and in the shower. The landlord offered to pay for a cleaner to come in at any time during my stay to make up for this but it was the weekend when I moved in and I didn't want to wait 2 days to have a clean place so I cleaned it myself. But obviously this should have been done before I moved in.

Basílio and Iolanda are wonderful hosts and they made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Lisbon. They were easy to work with in every way. Their home is beautiful and we very much appreciated the combination of modern conveniences and traditional features that they have retained in the home. Highly recommended by us!

Super cozy apartment in a strategic position and quite neighborhood: very close to the Fisherman Bastion and Deli Station on the Buda side. The apartment is super lighted and has everything you could ever need. The landlord, Linda, is a very nice lady and she has always been super prompt to assist. Super recommended!
