Small, but very comfortable apartment

Great place, freshly renovated, looks exactly as it is shown, very suitable to work from. Miguel was a great host, always responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend to everyone, and will stay myself again.

I stayed in this apartment for 2 months and had a really good experience. The best thing about the apartment was how green it felt. There were a lot of plants inside, which made the place feel alive, cozy, and welcoming. It was also really spacious, so after a short time it genuinely felt like home. The apartment was spotless clean when I arrived. The bed was huge and very comfortable, and the rest of the furniture was nice as well. The shower was spacious, bright, and pleasant to use. Wi-Fi was alright too — the speed was more or less the same as advertised, and it covered the whole apartment without issues. The location was good: near the center, with shops nearby, plus a great view of the city. There was always a free parking spot, which was a big advantage. The hosts were really nice, with no issues whatsoever. The neighbors were pleasant as well. It was mostly quiet — sometimes you could hear neighbors, but overall it was peaceful and comfortable. The only small downsides were that one room didn’t have heating, but the hosts provided an electric heater that actually helped a lot. Some of the bathroom lights didn’t work either, and they said they would fix the issue. Overall, for the price, this place was really worth it. You get a spacious, comfortable apartment in a good location with great hosts, so I’d definitely stay there again if I need to go to Krumlov. In my opinion, it’s a good place for everybody.

Very nice spacious apartment in Madrid old city centre. Close to all amenities, events, parks, walking/bicycling trails. Easy communication with the owner. Very good instructions provided for arrival and departure. While located in main tourist area, the apartment is very quiet at night. Highly recommended. Gilles

Super neat, clean and comfortable!

Great location and a small, well laid out studio

The apartment is in a great location in Prague 10 (on the border with Prague 2), on a quiet street called Francouzská, close to the Krymská tram and bus stop. The apartment was clean and functional, with a beautiful view of the rooftops. As for check-in, it was lucky we had friends there because we arrived late in the evening and had to pick up the keys from a locker in Prague 8. We didn’t end up meeting the owners because we were able to leave the keys in the apartment when we left. It was a wonderful week; the apartment is big enough for a family of four. The only “criticism” I would offer is that we only had a dustpan and brush for light cleaning. A real broom or a vacuum cleaner would make it absolutely perfect! Thank you! We’ll definitely rent this apartment again!

The apartment was great, a lot of space, nice people and location. It would have been nicer to have more kitchen items (there were no baking pans, spatulas for cooking on the stove, only one knife, etc).

The place looks like the photos, very cozy and private, spacious. The area is very safe, the place has its own garaje, it has everything you need in the kitchen and around. The host is very friendly, helful and responsive.

Radka is a great host. I rented the house for 6 months and she was caring, and very attentive to whatever I needed. As a host you cannot ask for anything else. The house was well equipped, all cooking utensils that you might need were there, its a cozy place and the conection with the city center is quite reasonable. It is a quiet and safe neighbourhood, if you want peace and quiet this is your place to stay. There are few grocery stores nearby, a bar across the street and tram stop is 2 minutes away walking.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The check-in process was smooth. The room was comfortable, though there were a few minor details that could be improved to make the experience even better. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay.

Great flat in a perfect location. The views are beautiful, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need as kitchen utensils, cooking essentials, and even capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher. Communication with the owner was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!
