Our host was super friendly and met us to make sure we settled into our apartment quickly. We were given some welcome gift which made us feel at home too. The location of the apartment is very good; near cafes, shops, restaurants and within walking distance of two metro stations and within close proximity to many bis routes too.
The apartment itself had most of the basic items needed to make a stay comfortable. In a few places the apartment looks tired and could benefit from a little bit of TLC. However, there is a balcony which is a great place to spend time on a sunny day as the view is amazing. We had a great month in the apartment and would recommend the place to other people looking for temporary accommodation.

It was wonderful to stay at Gabriella's flat for our first month in Budapest. It was the perfect place for a home base to explore and get to know this beautiful city. Gabriella is a gracious host and shared lots of local info which made out stay even more meaningful. The place was clean, comfortable and tastefully appointed. My favourite part was enjoying coffee on the balcony overlooking the streets of the neighbourhood. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Had a wonderful 3 weeks in Anna's room.
The location of the apartment is ideal: 5 minutes to the metro, close to shops and cafes, 10 minutes walk to the center of Porto.
The hostess is very hospitable. Life in the apartment is comfortably organized. Thanks to the hostess.
Anna is very intelligent and ready to help with any question.

The house is great, comfortable, clean, and everything in order. We had a request for an extra bed. That was no problem. Any time we needed help, Eduardo was there for us. He helped us with getting there, arranged a bike, and was always flexible.

Great, great experience!

We had a very pleasant stay, and the agency which manages the property was quick to answer any queries we had. A minor nuisance happened when they entered the apartment (to bring a pair of scissors which was missing) without letting us know in advance.

Apart from that, everything went smoothly. The apartment is very functional. Moreover, we got our deposit back in full within two weeks of the checkout. (We are very careful in general not to damage anything, but this is always a stressful part of renting!)/

This flat was perfect! Personal touches and fun art made it feel like home and not just another apartment. Good lighting, comfy bed, and curtains that kept it from getting too bright in the morning. Alena was a fantastic, helpful, and responsive host. Amazing neighborhood with great coffee shops (Parlor!), multiple tram options within a 1-minute walk, and a metro just a 6 or 7 minute walk away.

It did stay pretty hot inside for days on end. There is no A/C, but that is pretty much everywhere in the city, and I gathered from many locals that it was an unusual hot spell. There can also be a bit of noise coming up from the common courtyard in the morning, so if you need deep quiet to sleep, bring your ear plugs!

Fast and easy communication with the landlord. I arrived at my accommodation close to midnight, and the landlord was flexible and still met up to hand over the apartment.

Vlada, Janka's husband was kind caring and a super person.
I recommend staying in this apartment. Location is calm and quiet..some nice places to go for food and drinks.

The apartment and Sara were both amazing! The apartment is brand new with all the amenities you could hope for and Sara was always responsive and checking in to see if we were comfortable. I will stay here again if I return to Porto.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was cozy and comfortable with a charming little courtyard. The environment inside was tranquil, and every morning we were serenaded by the beautiful songs of birds. Despite staying during the hot season, the apartment maintained such a pleasant microclimate that we only felt the need to turn on the air conditioner about three times during our month-long stay. A special mention must go to the hosts – they were kind, open, and always ready to help or accommodate any needs. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We were lucky enough to find this gem and stay for 7 weeks. The entire process from booking to handover was seamless. The host, Stana, was communicative, responsive and accommodating in every way.
The apartment really exceeded our expectations. Although fairly small, it is fully equipped and very comfortable. Stana has provided pretty much everything needed for a homely, convenient stay. The apartment is bright and airy, very clean and nicely laid out.
We really liked the location. There are two tram stops within a short 2-5 minute walk, and the Andel metro station is only 5 minutes away. The large Novy Smichov shopping centre is just down the road, where you can find a huge Tesco and lots of other stores. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs at your doorstep. It’s so easy and quick to walk from the apartment to almost anywhere including the Old Town and some beautiful parks (Petrin Park is very close).
We would highly recommend Stana’s apartment. We will almost definitely be staying here again.
