This room (room 1) has a direct access to the stairwell and therefore is not directly situated within the flat with the kitchen and the bathrooms. The hot water system is a bit unreliable. However, I got upgraded to an empty room (room 2) inside the flat, and the location is absolutely great, which made the stay very pleasant. Thanks!

The location was excellent and the apartment itself had everything one needs. I stayed for about 5 weeks and it was a good place to come to rest. The only thing is that it is a basement apartment, so there isn't a lot of natural light and it is a bit humid. It was fine for me, but it is something to take into account. For a few days or a week, it is a great place to stay and explore Prague from.

Great location right in the heart of Brno super convenient with public transport, shops, and places to eat literally steps away.

Brno itself is a wonderful, lively, and cozy city! I really enjoyed my stay here. High recommended spots to check out nearby:

Špilberk Castle & Gardens for great views over the city.

Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul (Petrov).

• Zelný trh (Vegetable Market square) and Náměstí Svobody for local atmosphere and nice coffee spots.

Great place to stay, just outside the ZTL area, so parking on the streets hardly ever seemed an issue. The apartment was ultra clean, spacious. Great kitchen equipment . Shower was great. Amenities were very close. We loved buying bread from the local.panetteria, supermarket close by, Great gelateria, even the best arancini shop all within minutes. Kalsa area ,which was full of life 3 minute walk . We used this apartment as a base .visited all Sicily. At first used public transport accessible within minutes, then had use of a car.Woul book again

I had an incredible stay at Katila’s apartment in Lisbon. The space feels like a true piece of art, beautifully decorated and full of character, including artwork displayed throughout the home. The amazing patio was a major highlight, offering a peaceful place to relax outdoors. It is fully equipped with every utility and amenity needed for a comfortable extended stay. The location in Graça is ideal, situated in a safe neighborhood close to local markets and great restaurants. Katila is a phenomenal host who provided wonderful local recommendations and smooth communication throughout. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

The apartment was modern, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout our stay. Prague’s city center is easily accessible by public transport in under an hour. The surrounding area with parks is lovely for walks. The apartment itself is bright and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful experience renting from Michaela and can highly recommend both the apartment and her as a landlady. She was extremely cooperative throughout my stay and always went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. She was consistently kind and easy to communicate with.

Beyond the basics, she even brought me additional furniture to make the apartment more comfortable, and she was always offering her help whenever needed. Her attentiveness and genuine willingness to support me as her tenant made the whole renting experience stress-free and pleasant.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with both the apartment and her as a landlady, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and accommodating landlady.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und in einer perfekten Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum. Der Vermieter war immer zu erreichen und vor Ort falls etwas gemacht werden musste. Das Highlight war die Dachterasse auf der man gemütlich Zeit verbringen kann.

Pedro and his family are among the best hosts I’ve met in over 10 years of traveling the world. They’re friendly, welcoming, and pleasant people. Their place is wonderful, even though it’s still undergoing some minor finishing touches. It’s located in a quiet and secluded spot with a stunning view. Within a 15- to 30-minute drive, there are small, cozy towns with everything you need for daily life.

A very easy check-in and check-out process. Plus the flat was gorgeous - loved the terrace and it had all the mod cons for making meals and enjoying the flat. Three weeks was not long enough to enjoy such a peaceful spot!

We really enjoyed our week at Eduardo's flat. The absolute perfect location for exploring Cadiz, 2 great beaches within a 20 mins walk, numerous delicious restaurants nearby (Casa Lazo and Taberna El Cirio being our two favorites) and an amazing cafe (Levante Cafe) right out front. The apt was incredibly comfortable and Eduardo was a kind, responsive host. We had a 10/10 experience and hope to be back.

The apartment offers very good conditions. Romano was always available to support during the stay even nothing special was required since the apartment is very well equipped. The area around the apartment is great with the train station very close, only a supermarket walking distance is missing for daily needs, and there are several construction works going on which makes the area look a bit messy.

Я снимала квартиру с 5.09 по 19.09.
Это был 14 раз что я была в Праге и последние 8 раз снимала квартиры. Я осталась в полном восторге.
С первых минут чувствуется покой и защищённость. Квартира очень уютная и комфортная для прживания.
Хозяйка не только хороший человек и приятная в общении но и талантлефый дизайнер. В квариере продумано все до мелочей, в ней есть всё что нужно и даже больше... Единственный минус - никуда не хочется выходить 🥰
Расположение удобное, трамвайная остановка рядом с домом, до старого центра можно добраться мение чем за пол часа.
Я однозначно буду сюда возвращаться.
P.S. Мой самолёт вылетал из Праги в 12 ночи и Адэла любезно позволила мне остаться в квартире до вечера 💞
