I've lived here for five weeks and was allright. It's a warm and cozy flat, close to the city center by tram, bus or even walking, it won't take more than 30 minutes. Farid was kind and decisive. I recommend this appartment for a short term or holliday ;)

The apartment is very clean and bright. I really enjoyed my stay at Alžbětas place! She was very helpful and responsive. The flat looks better in reality than in the photos. Apartment is really spacious, there is a place for wardrobe and desk. Bed is really big and convenient. The location is also awesome -Tesco and Lidl in close proximity. It takes 15 minutes to get to the city center. Would love to come back in the future :) Highly recommended!

Great appartment and a very helpful landlord. Any problem i had would be fixed within 24 hours. My only problem was the unstable internet connection and the low speed there off, as my stay was a rather long one. Other than that a great appartment and good shopping and transport possibilities near the flat.

Velmi snadne sjednani, perfektni komunikace s pani majitelkou, byt odpovidal presne vystavenym fotografiim. Stravili jsme v byte mesic, byli jsme se vsim spokojeni, nedostatky jsou tak minimalni, ze je netreba zminovat. Misto je klidne, nezazili jsme zadny hluk z ulice ci okolnich bytu, blizko tramvaje i autobusu, parkovani pred domem je mozne. Vrele doporucuji!

Petr is a great landlord. He picked me up from the airport when I flew into Prague, and he also got me some basic groceries to get me started for my stay. I was supposed to be spending 3 months in his apartment, which is beautiful and comfortable, but due to Covid-19 my internship ended very early. Petr was understanding of the circumstances and let me out of my lease, and he continued to check on me to make sure I made it home safe. As for the apartment, it’s in a great location. The neighbors are quiet, the appliances are new, and the area is really nice. There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace, really anything you could need. It’s a short walk to a tram stop, and a 10 minute tram ride to the Malá Strana area. When I return to Prague, whenever that may be, I’m hoping Petr is still leasing his apartment out so I can stay again.

The owner is flexible and always understand our situation.

Ocenili jsme, ze se byt nachazi v prizemi. Byt je dostatecne vybaven, vcetne pracky, lednice, internetu... Vyborna domluva s majitelem.

Čistý a plně vybevený byt. Vse probehlo v pořádku. Lze jen doporučit. Koncili jsme pobyt o 14 dnu dříve a se vsin vyšli vstříc. Mnohokrát děkujeme.

Was perfect for me! I stayed a month with Susana with the intent to retreat and focus on my new creative projects. Susana was a great host, very considerate, open and beautiful to talk to. Living together was very easy-going, Susana gave me my space but also was always open to hang out and suggest different things to do. The little town is very sweet and calm, Porto is not far for more buzz.

The apartment is as seen visually by pictures but there are a few things you should be aware of that you could not tell from the online listing (or even when visiting the apartment.) The building is very old and so the bathroom smells of sewage most of the time. I needed to cover my nose to be in there and it feels a bit dirty to be showering with such a bad smell. I don’t believe the water is dirty but when washing I prefer not to smell sewage coming from the shower head. This might be something you are okay with but for me it was too much. Additionally, there is A LOT of noise from neighbors. Walls and floors are paper thin. Neighbors next door have children and you can hear everything. The people upstairs for a long time were bouncing a ball on the floor in the middle of the night, every night (I have ear plugs and I still heard it). They also party loudly sometimes and smoke cigarettes - since the walls are so thing you can smells the smoke in this apartment. I asked Daniela about the noise before moving in since my boyfriend is very sensitive to this. She told me it was a quiet apartment. This is NOT the case.

Sónia was the perfect host. As soon as I arrived at the Campolide flat, she was there to welcome me in-person. The flat was close to everything. It's about a 15min drive to the airport, 30min walk to Avenida da Liberdade (for shopping), and 7min walk to Pingo Doce (for groceries). The amenities and super-fast internet made my 2 months stay very comfortable. If you're working remotely, the flat can more than accommodate. There are also plenty of coworking options in the area if you prefer to work outside of the flat. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely book again. Thanks, Sónia!

Very comfortable apartment. Good area, easy transport connections, a large shopping centre and a hospital nearby. The apartment had everything we needed, was very warm and was baby-friendly. The owner was amazing and has responded to any queries that we had in a matter of minutes. We had a very pleasant stay, thank you!
