The flat is locating very close to Parliament Building. There are many ministries and official buildings around the building so it is very safe and very quiet in the evenings. Ilona is very helpful host, flexible with your request if possible.

Everything went well. The apartment is spacious and nice. Communication with David was excellent. I definitely recommend to everyone.

Jessica is a wonderful person. She takes hosting to highest level. Was waiting for us at 1:00AM in the night and was responding to any demand we had in less than 6 hours. Apartment is great, has a see view from balcony that will fill your moments, when you enjoy a coffee or even take a meeting. Great conditions for work, very good internet speed and comfortable office area.
We stayed almost 1 Month with small kids and we felt like home! Thank you Jessica! Thank you Madeira...we will return!

Super cosy, modern furnished apartment, and perfect location in Lisbon. Fully equipped kitchen. Both desk in your room and a table in the living room for working.

Emily was very friendly and helpful when booking on Flatio, during the stay and when leaving the apartment. I defiantly hope the apartment is free next time I go to Lisbon :))

The apartment was really great. I stayed in Prague for just over 2 months, and the location is amazing. You're just east of the main train station so it's much quieter than being in the core/center, and you're only a 5 minute walk away from Wenceslas square. The metro is within a 5 minute walk as well. Transit system in Prague is great so you can get to anywhere you need to go.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, nice high ceilings and the rooms are quite large so for the 2 months that I was there you don't feel cramped at all. The bathroom is nice and modern and newly renovated, the kitchen has everything you need. The view from the apartment, just to the left you can see all of downtown Prague.

Communication with Tomas and his local help Viktoria was prompt and had no issues. I highly recommend the apartment to anyone planning to rent/live long term in Prague.

I will remember the first 5 months of my life in Lisbon as a great time thanks to this apartment: authentic building, wonderful interior design, security (electronic lock), comfort. The location is great - all public transportation within a minute's walk, even two train stations, but at the same time very quiet nearby. Lots of interesting places around - restaurants, LX factory, waterfront, grocery store. The stunning view from the kitchen made every morning inspiring for me.

Thank you so much for my stay. I enjoyed my stay. Communication was great,.. My manager provided me with everything I asked for. The kitchen had everything that it needed for basic cooking. Towels were provided each week and also nice big bath robes. There was even shampoo, soap and body wash. AC worked. It was quite place. The bed was super comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay !

Hands down - One of the best flats in Prague. Premium Location, Beautiful Flat with Amazing Interior and Totally equipped. I enjoyed and loved my stay very very much. I highly highly recommend it. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had the necessary equipment. The balcony was nice, with a table and two chairs. There was enough storage space. The building is new, clean, and close to the metro station. The owner communicated in a timely manner when there was going to be a hot water shortage for a few days, which was helpful. Towels and cleaning supplies are not included in the apartment. It does however have a vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop.

Great, spacious, extremely clean apartment. Very cozy.

The landlord - Kevin, in our case, was great. Very friendly and fast to respond & was able to solve all questions we had, was a pleasure to be his tenants.

The location might seem a bit remote, but in fact there's a tram within 10m walk and underground station within 15 minute walk, that connects to city center in 20 minutes or so.

Overall - great experience!

Jane was an amazing cooperator, friendly and helpful.
Apartment was also good - but is very audible and the neighbors were noisy late at night and even at midnight - talking loudly and moving furniture.
During the day there was sometimes a smell of sewage. It was also very good to hear people passing by from the street. The windows could not be opened because everything would be visible from the street. I did not have enough light in the apartment.

On the plus side - easy accessibility to everything, especially to a lot of great cafes. High speed internet (900\200 via cabel)
