The studio is perfect and has everything you need. The environment is calm and good for working remotely. It’s located in the heart of Lisboa and it’s possible to do everything just by walking. It's my second time and definitely I'll be back! Miguel is always very kind and was available to help with whatever I needed.

She tried to force me to pay additional cleaning fee, there was a document that I had to sign when I arrived, and it created more obligations that were originally stated in the Flatio contract (very detailed cleaning instructions). If you don't do very detailed cleaning, you have to pay additional 25 000 HUF (I did a lot of cleaning, I did not leave the apartment dirty.)

When I refused to sign a document at checkout that would force me to pay 25 000 HUF, she threatened with police, I had to call Flatio support, she tried to black mail me to sign it, Flatio support told me not to sign it, they were very helpful.
I consider her communication style very aggressive.

The Internet connection is not that much reliable, and there is no cutting board in the kitchen, but otherwise the flat is good, and it is really in the middle of the city center.

I wouldn't recommend this experience to anybody, but the flat itself and the location is relatively good.

A good apartment for a large family. The apartment is perfectly located, it's not in the center, it's pretty quiet, however, within walking distance of Turia, the center, an incredibly cool new playground (it was opened while we lived here).

My family had a good experience staying at the apartment. Luisa was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the apartment itself had everything we needed for a long-term stay. The location was also great - it was just a short walk from the center, the port, several beautiful parks, a shopping mall, and grocery stores and pharmacies. The only minor downside was that the kitchen was a little bit dark, but it was still fully functional and had all the necessary amenities. Overall, we highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay in this area.

Incredibly comfortable and well-equipped place, right in front of the Riegrovy Sády park, just three blocks away from the tram stop to IP Pavlova. I'm really happy with my stay.

I had a wonderful time in the great flat. It is cosy, well equipped and has its own very modern charm. The house is very quiet. The location of the flat is perfect, you feel safe and you can reach everything on foot. Very good conversation and organisation with the landlord. Warmly recommended.

The apartment is great. You can find everything that you need there. Yordan is really nice and helpful.

The flat is exactly as described, clean and with very high ceiling, has everything you need in a perfect location, absolutely amazing value for money. Narek was very friendly and helpful as well.

Narek helpfully described the primary downside of the apartment, which is that you can hear noise from the street. Usually this is a low rumble of trams which you get used to quick and it didn't bother me at all, but a few times I woke up at night to people yelling on the street. The building itself is calm and quiet.

Overall, super happy with the stay!
