Very calm place to relax from big cities. Lots of bathrooms, a lot of space in house and outside. You can also enjoy backyard

Absolutely hospitable and comfortable stay! We were cozy as at home. The landlord and his charming wife bought additionally all the necessary little things for the house at our request. The landlords helped with setting up the equipment in the house. In addition, after we reported problems with Wi-Fi, the landlords sent a master to the apartment who installed a high-speed router. We had all the conditions for a great living. The landlords were careful of our private space, while always being in touch. I am strongly recommend this flat.

Die Wohnung befand sich in dem Zustand, wie diese auch beschrieben war. Eva hat mich persönlich empfangen und eine Einweisung in alle wichtigen Dinge durchgeführt. Eva ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war mit allem sehr zufrieden und kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

We enjoyed this beautiful modern apartment. It is even more beautiful than in photos, with beautiful terrace and garden. We stayed here for 9 months and also coming back here, when we will be in Madeira island. It is quiet place. We felt here amazing. Good communication and effort from landlord. PROS: + El apartamento está ubicado en una zona con buenas conexiones con el transporte público. + Hay supermercados, cafeterías y restaurantes cerca del apartamento. + Buen WiFi, excelente para teletrabajar desde el apartamento. + El apartamento te ofrece todas las herramientas y utensilios para poder vivir allí durante un largo periodo y no echar en falta nada. Utensilios de cocina, fuegos, microondas, frigorífico, plancha, tendedero, aspiradora, fregona, escoba, router, vajilla, sabanas, toallas, secador... + Tienes la mitad de una terraza para tomar el aire. + Hay mucho espacio de almacenaje, el armario ropero es gigantesco y en la cocina hay espacio de sobra para almacenar comida. + Tiene ascensor, aunque al ser una primera planta no lo usarás mucho. + Durante mi estancia allí no tuve problemas con ruidos del vecindario. + El apartamento tiene el tamaño perfecto para que pueda vivir allí una o dos personas. + La zona es segura, y deberás pasar por cuatro puertas antes de entrar en el apartamento, lo que aumenta la seguridad. CONTRAS: - Si quieres cocinar algo más elaborado tendrás problemas con los cortes de luz. Si tienes puesto el fuego grande de la cocina durante más de 20 minutos saltarán los plomos. Esto me ha sucedido al menos 5 veces. Deberás esperar 15 minutos antes de poder encender los plomos de nuevo, algo que hace que estés más tiempo cocinando y te roba mucho tiempo libre. - Si sois dos personas (yo estuve una semana conviviendo con mi pareja) no podréis ducharos de seguido ya que después de que la primera persona se duche deberás esperar un tiempo a que se caliente el agua de nuevo. - Aunque el apartamento se me entrego en buenas condiciones, tenía algunos desperfectos. Las cortinas de la ducha tenían unas manchas que a gente más sensible podrían resultarle repulsivas. Había ropa interior usada en un cajón y debajo del microondas había una gran mancha que parecía llevar allí bastante tiempo. Creo que el anterior servicio de limpieza hizo un trabajo muy superficial. - Cuando se va a terminar el periodo de alquiler, la casera te hará pagar una cuota de limpieza o te hará hacer una limpieza profunda del apartamento. Algo que se sale fuera de lo establecido por Flatio que sólo te pide hacer una limpieza general. - La calefacción hace sonidos por la noche que a más de uno le dificultarán el sueño. - La cocina no tiene campana extractora, y además tiene una alarma de humos. Por lo que si cocinas carne seguramente tendrás que coger una escalera y apagar la alarma en repetidas ocasiones. - No entra mucha luz al apartamento por el patio, lo que te obliga en ocasiones a tener las luces artificiales encendidas.

My friend and I enjoyed a wonderful time in Markus & Elisa's apartment in Djenovici. Markus was SO responsive and kind from the very beginning, and the ladies with the property management company were very sweet and helpful, as well! The only challenges we faced were that the building/address is still relatively new, which made receiving mail a bit tricky (not typically an issue for most people, anyway!), and, confusingly, while the internet was fast enough to do pretty typical things such as streaming movies/music/etc, the signal from the router was not strong enough for our Chromebooks to pick up, although my laptop & our phones had no problem. Weird! (Could very well be a Chromebook issue, to be fair!) It also was a just a little bit shakey for doing video chats, so if you work in some form of consultation/counselor/therapist practice, this is worth knowing (as getting WiFi at a cafe isn't really an option in that line of work!). But I believe most remote workers would be totally fine working here. :) Overall this place is in a great location, with an *extraordinary* view that we never, ever grew tired of. The bus stop is almost literally right outside the front door, and the ferry to hop over to Tivat is a super close and easy journey, as well. It was our first time in Montenegro and the Herceg-Novi area, and now we are both curious what it's like a little closer to the busy season, when many more things are open. :) Wonderfully affordable and all of our basic needs were very well-met. Would absolutely send anyone Markus' way and to have a stay in this place. Thank you very much for everything and for sharing your place with us, Markus & Elisa!

Our apartment was in a beautiful location facing south so we had sun all day on our patios. The landlord was easy to communicate with. Our door had a digital lock so there was no need to carry keys

Awesome flat, communication with landlord was sometimes a bit tricky, since his assistant living nearby does only speak Slovak and Ukrainian, but we managed. One thing: a night club opened during my stay, so the bass can be heard. Bring earplugs. Plus, if you are light-sensitive in your sleep, bring eye shades.

Šárka je úžasná a vždy usmiata prenajímateľka, ochotná pomôcť a vyjsť v ústrety za každých okolností, byt je priestranný, slnečný, čistý, zrekonštruovaný a zariadený veľmi vkusne a účelne, kompletne vybavená kuchyňa so všetkými spotrebičmi, veľká spokojnosť so všetkým.

First impressions of the appartment were very good. Lot's of space and comfort. The appartment has a keyless entry, which is cool and convenient for people who forget to bring their keys. The kitchen is equiped with everything you'll need. The upstairs area is roomy with a both modern and classical feeling. It's very comfortable to stay here for a while. The large windows upstairs allow for a lot of sunlight, so you'll barely need lighting and it helps with heating up the place. You will need lights downstairs as there is little sunlight coming through the matted window, which also means that it becomes a cold area. There were some electrical issues that needed the help of a technician, but with the help of the LovelyStay employees that all got resolved. Other than that it's the perfect appartment to relax, work and live from. Big thanks to LovelyStay for being available virtually all the time and helping out with everything I needed.
