I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apartment was well furnished to a high quality (as you can see from the photos) and in a great location, just 10 minute walk from old town and with Joker mall just around the corner. Mario and his wife Branka were wonderful hosts - clear communication, always available if you needed anything and they even helped with my visa when I was having issues. I highly recommend staying at this apartment, it’s a lovely space, nice and peaceful with everything you need (cooking utensils, washing machine, linen, air conditioning etc) and the owners are great!

Very nice flat. Clean and in a great location. We really loved it. We spent there 3 months and I can hardly imagine a better place for us to stay. The only problem was the old abandoned house nearby where somebody (I presume homeless people) kept locking up their dogs for the night. Dogs were barking all night long whole 3 months every day. We had to use earplugs to be able to sleep. But this is not a problem of the house owner but rather the municipality. I hope they solved it already.

Very comfy flat in great area in Praha. You will find shops and public transport right near the building but at the same time it’s very quiet and calm there. Especially it was beautiful to see sunsets from big windows to the old city. And you will find in appartement all staff and even more for comfort staying! Thank you Hana!

Incredibly convenient location in a very special neighborhood. I loved being able to sit on the balcony and observe life go by or watch the sunset through the trees. The flat is used as a regularly lived in home so all those small amenities you would never have in a vacation rental are there. It was spacious, comfortable, and the internet was top notch for a remote worker constantly on video calls. I always felt safe in the area and the building. Isa was a very helpful host who was easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this flat for long-term stays.

This flat is very clean and absolutely gorgeous! The rooftop terrace has a pool and a fantastic view overlooking Funchal and the sea. Hugo was very kind and helpful, he was quick to respond when we had any question - we will definitely be returning when we get the chance, we REALLY enjoyed our stay!!

A good place with an excellent location (very close to everything you need to live in - stores, cafes, etc.). Tomas is very pleasant and helpful with various issues, thank you for that! The peculiarity of the apartment is that it is on the first floor and you will hear the sounds of closing the house's front doors and how the neighbors come in/out, especially early in the morning. But there's nothing you can do about it. In general, everything was fine.

I can definitely recommend this place. Nice apartment in reasonable price, located in a quite peacuful area. Close to several bus stops (15 min by bus to Lisbon center). The owner is really kind and helpful person.

Really enjoyed the stay at Anna’s apartment. She has thought of everything and it really feels like a home. The apartment is great, nicely decorated, clean and had all the utilities you need. The communication was super easy and quick. Would definitely recommend to stay there!

My stay was perfect. Everything was very good. The apartament has everything I need during my 1 month stay: iron, hair dryer, kitchen appliances etc. Internet was perfect for “home office”. All is clean. The location is also super nice and convenient - metros, shops, bars, banks, even Czech postal service. Someone might find it a little bit noisy but for me it was ok. The landlord is very nice and she was very friendly. I would highly recommend this flat for a mid-term stays in Prague

The apartment is very cosy and has an interesting style. There were so many items for the perfect stay for a few weeks, namely pans, cups, coffee machine, oil, salt, spices etc. It is close to the metro and not far away from the city centre so the location is great. Alena is a helpful host.

They are wonderful landlords. So helpful through the whole process. Their entire family helped us during our stay whether it was a restaurant suggestion or a rental car. They treated you like family. :-)

I didn't realize that there is no ELEVATOR. I arrived with >50kg of luggage and no elevator. Flatio slyly hides that tidbit away, which you may not realize if you are new to the user interface.....scrap that. No matter what, that elevator information should always be shown! That is beyond accessibility. Some things you cannot lift. Obviously "no elevator" impacts the market pricing tremendously. My arrival was not in a good light. The checking was flawless but I soon faced 4 unlabeled keys of the same shape that all fit in every lock. Then I realizing that it is a subapartment labeled "B" with a tiny anteroom and a light that switches of after 3 seconds until you move around again. So another set of entrance doors to find a key for. That is no joke. Minutes went by. The sofa-bed as anyone who ever bought or used a sofa-bed will know, is a sofa and not a bed made for sleeping. They didn't provide a cushioning sleeping-cover. A 40 Eur investment every 2 years vs. a client 365days with bad sleep and productivity. Yeah. That makes economic sense! And the stools are impossible to sit for much longer than a dinner. There is no washing machine but a laundromat nearby. So no complaint here except than a washing machine in a tiny apartment is more important than a dishwasher. Having survived the first day, I had experienced one of the best and coziest apartments I have seen. The label "rent like home" is no joke and all of the aforementioned things will eventually fade away. And the neighborhood is fantastic - but that is true for pretty much everywhere in Warsaw. |t is central enough, but then again that is information that you already had before you press the book-button.

I spent two months in this apartment. The apartment is cozy, I felt almost like in my own home. The location is really superb. I sincerely recommend.

Jó helyen található, ízléses földszinti lakás, a tulajdonos remek partner volt... Az ügyintéző nem állt a helyzet magaslatán ,amikor takarító eszközökre lett volna szükség, de így is csak ajánlani tudom a lakást.
